To be quite honest, this WAS my favourite nail salon, I was a frequent regular. However, today I had multiple complaints. I booked an appointment for 330pm for an acrylic fill, and a shellac pedicure. The woman who had done my nails, really did quite the poor job and during my pedicure service i asked if my nails could be fixed, as they were lumpy, had deep grooves and horrible shaping in the acrylic making them look very poor quality. When I was told to come back tomorrow to fix them I agreed. However what most caught me off guard was the excessive cost I was charged even though I had made it evident I wasn’t happy with my nails. 141.75$ 45$ for a fill, 5$ extra for the “Long Nails” even though they’re not even remotely close to long, and 20$ extra charge for design which was not disclosed to me at anytime during my appointment as I showed a picture and she continued on, I wasn’t aware until I had returned 5 mins after paying to ask for a breakdown of the cost of the appointment and a receipt. As this was possibly the worst experience I had, specifically with my nails.

EDIT: Again, they did offer me to book an appointment and they fixed the nails. they’re beautiful, i’m happy, with my usual nail lady might I add. I never caught her name, but she is so precise. She’s always come through with fabulous work. I’m so very thankful for the dedication that she and her colleagues put into their work.

Amazing nails done here, Tina did an amazing job! She didn’t hurt my cuticles at all, which I have found to be very uncommon. Tina has been doing nails for 10years and it shows, her work is amazing, and she is more than willing to make the design as specific as I wanted, I got exactly what I wanted and have gotten many compliments on my nails. Thank you so so much, keep up the good work!

If you want to pay $200 for chunks of skin to be cut off - this is the place to go. My fiancés toes have so many cuts and blood on them, this is just one finger nail. I’m only giving 2 starts because my nails turned out nice. We will not be back, and here’s to hoping my man doesn't get any infections…

I had an appointment here and 4 people came in for walk in pedicures alittle bit after I had started. I was there for 30 minutes my nails are crooked grown out in 2 weeks like I've had them for a month. They are bubbled, and now the paint is coming off of them. Never going here again.

I’ve been going there with my Aunt since they first open, I think a couple days after they first open to be exact. They always do an amazing job, I’ve never broke a nail need less to say, so kind, always an amazing experience!

I’ve been a Client of TT nails since they opened in Carstairs. The whole team is super friendly and welcoming. They take pride in their work and always want to ensure you’re happy and satisfied. Tina is the best, welcomes your nail design ideas, shes talented, friendly and super sweet. The pedicures are amazing also. BEST massage chairs and they never seem to rush through the appt.
I sometimes have to bring my kids with me and I’ve never felt uncomfortable doing so and everyone is friendly snd engaging with them.
So glad their in town!

My first time here and Sofia did my nail fill. She did an amazing job! I am super impressed and happy with the set!!

EDIT: I have gone three times for fills and unfortunately my review has changed. After each fill they are lifting after 1 week and bubbling so they are fragile and can break at any moment. The tip is thick, along with near my nail bed but thin in the middle. I will be going elsewhere for fills moving forward.
