It was such a thorough but quick and professional appointment. I was accommodated last minute with a same day appointment which was such a gift, as I had just unfortunately had a bad experience at another salon and was panicking trying to find another place. Sam did exactly what I asked her and I was very pleased with my nails. Incredible staff, clean facility and I cannot wait to come back and continue giving this wonderful establishment my business.

I just moved to Innisfil so I have been trying out different salons to find the best one. After 2 terrible experiences at other salons on Innisfil Beach Road I am SO happy I found Tracy’s!! The salon was so clean and my nails look amazing!! Hanna took her time ensuring my shape was perfect and there were SO many colours to choose from! Definitely will be returning for my next manicure!!

I love love LOVE tracys, been going here since they’ve opened and cannot imagine trying another spot. The staff are so lovely and kind, it’s the real salon experience here. Here are just a few sets jessica has done for me:) she’s perfect, understands my ideas and puts in the time!!

I got a shellac manicure. While she was doing my cuticles she cut me and I started bleeding. When I got home one of the polishes had completely fallen off. Less than 24 hours later the polish completely flaked/peeled off of one hand. Additionally, when I woke up the next morning one of my fingers (not the one that was bleeding) was red and swollen. 48 hours later it is still sore.

Warm and welcoming staff, very clean and modern inside, great selection of colours and products offered.
Staff answered any questions I had and I’m very happy with the great service I received from Hannah. It was my first visit and I will definitely be back.

This was my first time at Tracy’s and I loved it! The environment was really positive and inviting.
Maria was really lovely and did a great job. She was fast and efficient while also keeping an eye for detail, and making sure I was happy with them. I would recommend booking if you’re looking for a new salon!

Christina- Table #1 was amazing! She listened to what I wanted. She provided some advice and even explained what she was doing.

When I called to book my appointment the lady on the phone was super helpful and made she I got the correct nail tech for what I was getting done.

I booked for a pedi next week!

Won’t be disappointed if you go!
