I would say that the service is inconsistent.

I've had good massages before and was there for another 60-minute massage but am quite disappointed. The overall massage technique and pressure level were greatly lacking, despite her general kindness which cannot be faulted. I felt like I was mostly having someone lightly stroke my skin with oil with an almost flat palm for an hour and $135. I emailed right after as the spa prefers and it wasn't even acknowledged.

Update: I had a nice chat with the manager and she kindly made it right. Thank you!

The staff are welcoming and friendly. I had Rachel and she was absolutely amazing. Very respectful, knows her craft and informative. I enjoyed my time here and will be coming back for sure! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

Got gifted a voucher for Christmas. Went here for a couples package (Thai experience) and it was lovely. Wine and beer menu, complimentary foot bath and sauna, comfortable robes, wonderful staff who were polite and took care of everything. No issues with booking, other than having to book a month and a half in advance due to how busy they are. Highly recommend. GREAT gift idea or treat for yourself.

Got a couples massage here. Went in with no major expectations and came out feeling looser than a well cooked noodle, I loved it.
I got it at lunch though so I was practically useless going back to work, way too chilled out.

Best massage. I went today for day off. Cassie she is amazing. I thought I had good massages before. But here are the best really relaxing. She was very attentive love the foot soak with oils. And the mix of essential oils for the massage. The atmosphere is very elegant and set u in the mood to relaxation. Definitely coming back.

As someone who is a person of colour and could easily afford facials monthly this place is a scam. I am someone who has acne prone skin and I ended up paying $600 for products which were recommended and was told that these products will prevent breakouts from happening but unfortunately after my facial here i still experienced breakouts after following instructions from my Esthetician. At the end of my facial and message appointment at the front desk i was gifted two products which have over exfoliated my skin and made my skin irritated and red. I wish i was given samples of each product recommended rather than buying the full products. I even bought the travel size as someone who travels often. This was my first time here and will not be coming back as i felt rushed to buy the full size products. I been at a another facial place ever since this incident my skin had never experienced breakouts because i was given samples and solutions to my skin issues rather than full products. Later i have bought full products. I also remembered that I only booked in a facial and a message not a foot rose bath which was $50. For the people of colour do not come here.
