I have had hot tubs for many years supplied by a few different dealers . While some have been good and some never again, Spa Spot is heads and shoulders above them all. Their tubs are top shelf quality and engineered to work amazing up north in the cold temps. I mean let’s face it there are some great quality tubs out there. It’s the service is what really sets this company apart. Just this past weekend in -20c I had issues with my heater. A quick SOS text… and Robin sent Lou with in hours to fix…that’s service people!! If you are torn between choosing a company to get your next hot tub from. Seriously? Stop looking!! you’ve found your next hot tub from here.

We bought our HotTub from the Home & Garden Show in Grade Prairie from Kyle & Robin! The service was amazing and we are so happy with everything right from meeting Kyle & Robin to the delivery and set up! It is easy to maintain and run; The Spa Spot really goes above and beyond for their customers…yes even all the way up North in High Level!! The products used are so natural that even my sister who is allergic to everything was able to comfortably enjoy the Spa without any reactions! We have comfort knowing The Spa Spot is only a phone call away if anything needed!! The service at the store in Grande Prairie is amazing; she truly knows the Spa and recommends products depending on need!! Thank you THE SPA SPOT…..we truly HAVE IT MADE!

I started dealing with Cole back in 2021, he was excellent to deal with. We ran into some installation issues with the cover lifter on the Luxe model spa, there was delays with manufacturing back then but everything was replaced under warranty with no extra cost. Communication was great and Cole was very transparent.

Would gladly deal with this group again.

Absolutely blown away with the service from Robin and the great staff started buying my chemical from them. the service in store was so good when I had an issue I could not solve had them come in and easily fixed my issue. seriously considering. retiring my old tub and buying a new tub from Robin. when the say the best sales is service Robin defiantly hits the mark.

We purchased a Spa from Grande Prairie Spa Spot in July of 2023. The entire process was seamless from inquiry to installation. Colton is very professional, relatable and knowledgeable. He treated us like we have been customers for years, and is always available if we have any questions about the Spa. The Spa is luxurious and has been one of our favorite purchases. The quality of the products are fantastic and is holding out well with our ~ -45C temperatures. Thank you guys! We cant recommend them enough!
