Great little place. My last night in Denver visiting my son.
The bartender was all that. She will haunt my dreams! Made us feel welcome and introduced me to pickle vodka. I sang, I drank, I had a great time. Stop by and have a drink. Great bar in the SANTA FE ART DISTRICT.

If you are trying to find a place to hang out with cool people and want to discover a hidden gem, look no further—this bar is the ultimate destination! With multiple jukeboxes, everyone gets a chance to be the DJ. The staff is incredibly welcoming, especially Tanner—she’s the best bartender and whips up the best green tea shots! If you make a trip to Monkey Bar, you absolutely have to try the spicy pickle shots; they’re a total game changer! Give this place a try if you are in the mood to chill, meet fun folks, and play some beer or ping pong. This spot is absolutely a must-visit!

What type of dive bar doesn't serve Malort? Apparently only "Chicago bars" are allowed to sell Malort. This j is a fallacy. This would mean that there are currently 24+ Chicago bars in the Denver area. Categorically wrong.

Went in for a few drinks and a fun time with the games. Asked bartender for change, searched a song up, played the song, and BOOM some Gorlock The Destroyer looking geriatric patient turns around and yells at me cor playing music while they're watching sports. Who wouldve thought, were not allowed to play music in a dive bar? Listen grandma, if you wanna watch the price is right you do that at home not a place where everyone is trying to have a good time. Weak selection of beer with a few select senior, returning customers that have nothing better to do but shoo away newcomers so they can keep their hiding spot on the weekdays away from their families. Whats worse is you let this lady at the bar heckle me when there was no note on the machine saying not to play music. Its a bar dude - expect people are gonna play music. Or at least dont wait till we waste money on a song to freak out on me.

Man checking IDs seemed a little touchy, holding my hand to look at my ID instead of grabbing my ID from me. Idk just felt a little off. Potentially creepy man came up to a group of 4 women and told us we were all beautiful. He was very pushy and would not leave us alone despite the fact that we all tried to politely steer him away.

Mason is such a delight as a bartender. He knows what I want every time despite me having ordered from him once. He’s also personable and friendly. I’ll be returning to order another drink from this great bartender. I also love the back patio and the vibe of this bar.

I love this place!!! Great drink prices! Even with a redbull you won’t spend more than $20! I got a regular red bull and a shot for less than $20 and that’s so rare these days. I love playing beer pong and pool. Great crowd of people and diverse crowd. If you want a safe, fun, and affordable space to party in Denver… no doubt, this is your go to spot!
