Three years in Maryland struggling to find a place i felt i fit. A coworker found this little gem and invited me for pride this year and i have to say i have found what i was missing! Pride was a blast! The shows just went on and on and on all night. The performers were amazing! Bar staff was slammed but smiling and doing their best to keep us all satisfied. I am so excited to spend more time getting to know the regulars and staff! See you soon!!

The bartender who closed out my tab when I left I did not catch his name but he was very rude when it came to tipping. Which was $5 he was not even my bartender for the night. He stated that if we ever come back to not order drinks from him. He was African American. But for the most part of the pride after party I enjoyed all of it. But the disrespect that that bartender was not necessary. Now if he was my actual bartender for the night I would have tipped more but he did not serve my partner an I during the party. Everything else 100% recommend for drag shows you don’t wanna miss.

Good for what it is. An option for those in western MD and DC who don't want to drive all the way to DC and Baltimore for entertainment...

Much smaller and quieter and a different clientele than the city.

I applaud it for what it is, but if you're expecting a city experience, be forewarned that it isn't like that at all. This could be a good thing if you don't like the clubs in the city..

Me and my friend have PA licenses and they did not let us in the bar. They obviously do not know the laws about the newer PA vertical licenses. Do not bother traveling an hour here if you are from out of state.

I love The Lodge! It is such a safe space and I always have a great time there. Everyone is so nice from the front door ID person to the bartenders and drag queens. Saturday night dance nights are my favorite! ?

I cannot express how amazing this place is. It is THE PLACE in the area if you are an ally or member of the community. Long-standing location for a reason, it’s survived the test of time because of its patrons and its soul. Seconds after arriving for my first ever visit I was immediately welcomed by a non staff member and since then every visit has been a memorable experience. I am so grateful that a safe space like this exists. I highly recommend anyone visit: the shows are amazing, queens are beautiful, and the drinks are cheap. Forever a fan.

Great atmosphere, amazing staff, always quality entertainment. Local burlesque troupe performs bimonthly and weekly drag shows on Fridays are not to be missed! Safe, friendly, welcoming place for drinks, dancing, and an all around fun time!
