I am VERY specific when it comes to my hair, I struggle with finding the right hairdresser
My friend sent me to Madison at the Fall river Head Shop location, and it was by far the most comfortable I felt in a hair dresser chair, she was so friendly (I’m socially awkward but she made it so easy to talk to her) and she was so reassuring that we will get my hair the way I want it! And sure enough , she worked her magic and in no time I was checking out my beautiful new haircut! I only trust her with my hair now, usually I dread getting my hair done but I can’t wait for my next visit!! Thank you again Madison Hue !!

My daughter was there last night. Her appointment was from 8:00-8:19, a 19 minute cut. It was an inch off straight across. A trim. Her hair was washed and dried, not styled. The total came to 63$. Although the cut was done well beware prices are extreme.
Yes I still tipped.

This is my go to hair salon, Rebecca has brought my hair back to where I am in love with my curls again. It looks so much healthier, it styles better and the color is exactly what I wanted.

My first time at your salon Fri March 15th with stylist Morgan Fraser and I couldn’t be happier with my cut and color!! She did excactly what I asked for with both my cut and highlights and she was a delight, great experience and I ll be back!!

For a salon that claims to know about "how life gets busy", boasts about "high quality, affordable services using professional and experienced techniques" -- I would like to further express my complete disappointment in my utter unsatisfactory service that I previously paid for at the Fall River Head Shoppe. When I went in, I had grown out ombre that I had asked to have brightened and refreshed. At my seperate consultation before the actual appointment, the stylist had no problem in taking this on and assuring me that it could be done.
The technique that was then done was extremely unprofessional and slopped on to sections of my hair. After sitting in the sink for quite some time with the toner on, she took the towel off to reveal darker hair than what I had come in with. I asked for my current ombre to be brightened and refreshed... the service I received was quite the opposite. The appointment was made a day before I went on vacation so I spent a couple hundred dollars to go away with hair I hated. The "fix appointment" was booked for the day after I returned, but was then aburptly cancelled by the salon as THEY did not allot enough time to actually fix it. Once my schedule at work had calmed down enough for me to rebook and committ to the "fix appointment", the salon would no longer honor it. The toner had washed out within the first week and I am now walking around promoting your salon with bands of color demarcation ranging from dark to brass to red, with slopped-on bleach patches and orange tiger stripes throughout my entire head of hair. I work in the hospitality industry and know what good customer service is, and this is NOT it. Thank you for taking my money and refusing to make things right after giving me the worst color I have ever recieved from a salon.

I came in to get a men’s cut with Madison today. She was very nice, but did seem in a rush. She did a nice job in the front, the way I had asked. But in the back I asked for a square cut with tapered edges. Instead, she drastically tapered everything. Upon finishing, she didn’t use a mirror to show me, and that was probably for the best. To be honest, I wasn’t paying attention even when she was buzzing away. It wasn’t until I got home and saw how short it was, that I felt butchered and embarrassed. You could see my blotchy neck. Luckily, it will grow back. I guess I wasn’t clear enough.

I had a haircut with the stylist for the second time. I liked my first experience, but have to admit I am SO disappointed with my second experience. I asked to trim without shaving the back neck and wanted volume. She cut my hair when they were wet, blew them and asked me what I thought about it. I said I wanted more volume, so she cut ONLY at the top. She did not blend the cut or put the flat iron or anything. Well, it took the hairdresser less than 30 min. I was in and out of the salon in 45 minutes. I had to cut the back of my neck because it was not even, and I tried to fix the look with the straightener when I returned home.
I will not go back. Maybe she has experience with colour and extension, but not so much with the cut. Nice person but did not do a professional job.....

I had a hair emergency and the staff were very accommodating. My stylist was Breea and I would highly recommend her - really happy with the results of my cut & colour. I had a conditioning treatment too which was worth every penny.
