Very bad spa…Please do not go to this spa unless you want to waste your money. Super unhygienic and their oil has wierd smell. Also the therapist didn’t know the pressure points.

Have been their member from over 2 years. They give great service. The spa is very clean. The masseuses are well trained. Their deep-tissue, Swedish, balinese and aromatherapy massage along with scrubbage, all are worth trying.

I wouldn't really recommend this place. The positives would be - it's hygienic and well mannered staff. Massage is just average. The most annoying part was the receptionist forcing me to buy their membership with 17k. I wasn't interested at all considering the fact that I keep traveling. And for a person like me, I wouldn't want to spend so much on a membership that I would hardly ever use. And he kept reducing the price of the membership. He even asked how often do i travel and where to (none of his business). Not everyone wants to buy your membership. Some of us are coming to just relax and does not have any intention in purchasing your lifetime membership. This was honestly such a turn off. And cos I didn't buy their product, he had a disappointed face.
The masseuse was a local lady. A very sweet and courteous one.
For sure not returning cos I don't want to see any disappointed faces just cos I declined their offer ?

*Do not recommend* Massage has no standard. Untrained staff although the girls are kind. The person at reception is only interested in selling you packages and not taking a note of massage not being good at all. After listening to candid feedback, person is again asking to take package so that he can give discount..it's insulting.
Hygine level and infrastructure, very poor state. I have been 4 yr of membership pre pandemic and post pandemic , it has been just miserable. I have revisited on getting assurance on revamped services and it was once again a very disappointed experience. Was duped.

The Spa manager Mr.Aftab is so confused one month he will offer a package the deal and when you call to confirm, he says it's not available anymore.
And they try to sell you an expensive Membership which is really not in anyone's budget.
Have been their clients since so long, this kind of funny behaviour has been the worst to tolerate

Earlier message used to be good, I was member for about 2-3 years. Then quality went down so I eventually stopped.. Less strokes and more body oiling. Yes but neat clean authentic

I used to have a membership here until it expired during Covid and the refused to let me use the balance. Although this place was good, their quality of service has declined. My masseuse was inexperienced and the music was terrible, like a funeral dirge. I had to complain multiple times to get it changed. Have now switched to the UC app for massages. Better value for money and I can get them at home.

Im a long time customer, this place used to be good.
However, this place now reeks of poor customer service, front desk staff (some guy) is pushy and downright rude.
Only concerned with selling more.
Avoid this place. Plenty of better options nearby.
