Lana at The Best Nails & Hair was amazing! She was very attentive and informative. She offered cold drinks when I settled in. She had the most beautiful decor and top of the line chairs! I was a newer customer to this establishment and thought the owner and her husband were absolutely wonderful! I was able to get them my first few times here. But recently, the last three times I have attempted to go in as a walk-in service for pedicure, I have been turned away and told by the tech that she “did not have time” and to keep back in three hours. Not very nicely either. Each time there was only one or two customers in the salon. I have tried going in on different days and times. I don’t mind waiting till they have time for me but I was never given that option. Might as well take down the “walk ins welcome sign”.

She was so nice and very talkative! she did exactly what i wanted and they arent too long and not big either! her tools dont make my hands bleed like other places, she is so nice and i 100% recommend going here!

I went to The Best Nails for about a year. It was close to my home and I believe in supporting my local, new businesses.

Lana did very good work but could sometimes be rude. I was nice to her, never complained & tipped her very well. I accredited her rudeness to “having a bad day”, as this happens to everyone. The ONE TIME I needed her to repair a broken nail she made a big deal about it! She went into a long tirade about customers taking up her time wanting their nail colors changed for free. I have no idea what that had to do with me? I had never had her change my nail color and I certainly didn’t expect her to repair my broken nail for free! I decided that if being asked to do a simple repair on ONE nail was such an imposition for her it was probably better to seek out a nail technician with more flexibility & and a nicer attitude. Disappointed because I’ve never had an issue like this with a salon.
