I recently visited Spa Muskoka for a much-needed pampering session and indulged in a pedicure and manicure. The experience was simply wonderful! From the moment I walked in, the serene atmosphere set the tone for relaxation. Ashley, the owner, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatments. The pedicure was both refreshing and rejuvenating, while the manicure left my nails looking pristine. Spa Muskoka truly exceeded my expectations, delivering a perfect blend of tranquility and expert care. I can't wait to return for another blissful escape!

I was incredibly impressed with the manicure and pedicure I received here. There was a bit of a process to get a booking, however it was last minute. The second i walked into the spa everything melted away. My service provider was lovely and had great knowledge. This will be my go to place whenever I'm in Huntsville.

My wife and two daughters tried to make an appointment here for a wedding. After the first email listing costs, no response. Tried another email and three additional once mails. Still no response so they went to Hudson Hair Salon instead that at least answered their questions and their phone. Very poor customer service.

Super cozy atmosphere to have any services done in. Went for a waxing procedure and Ashley was really friendly to chat with during the process. I love that she is by appointment and has the mobile option. Will definitely be going back to her!

Absolutely terrible experience with this spa. I was attempting to book mobile services for a girls weekend. After emailing, phoning and texting someone finally answered by text. All seemed well and I was told we could most likely be accommodated. I continued to text for more information and follow up for confirmation and received absolutely no contact back (over more than a weeks time) despite being able to see that my messages had been read. If she was no longer able to accommodate us than she should have responded with that information. I was left to make other arrangements last minute. Very unprofessional.

I have used Spa Muskoka for mobile services at my cottage for a few years with good service. Sadly, this year I have booked twice and once they didn’t show and today they cancelled 6 hours before the appointment despite having booked a couple of months in advance. Both caused a lot of inconvenience to me with little remorse and no compensation to me.

I sent a message on Facebook to say I’d like to book an appointment. I got a response saying I need to text their number to book an appointment. Sent a text, no response. Sent a Facebook message to let them know I did text them, the message was read with no response. Sent one more text plus a phone call and absolutely no response, it’s been two weeks. I understand businesses are busy, but not responding to customers is very unprofessional. Even if they responded to say they were too busy to take new clients I would have been happy.

Ashley is soo awesome! She is friendly, and so reasonably priced. The spa is homey and comfortable with all the luxury of Muskoka! Highly recommend!!!
