Holly has been doing my hair for a few years now at least and I always have such a good experience with her and trust her completely with my hair. My mom has also joined me in going into the salon and her experience with lauryn has been truly amazing as well. We had lots of laughs today and had a great time sipping our cappuccinos, chatting and having a great afternoon with Holly and Lauryn at the salon. We will continue to support. Thank you so much!

I saw Chandra for a cut and style and she is excellent! I showed her a few pictures of what I liked and what my hair does naturally, and just let her do her thing. I feel like I really saw skill at work and I am so happy with the look; it's easy, versatile, and brings out my natural curl. I didn't even know my hair could do this kind of stuff! Definitely will see her again.

This was my first time here. Lovely greeting at the door, great atmosphere, pleasant and professional. I even got some great advice that was not hair related!
Lauren was wonderful, she didn't just hear me, she listened and understood what I was asking for. I booked a private room due to salon anxiety, and that was a most pleasant experience.
Excellent service, excellent cut.

I absolutely love Shear Amazement’s location, services and atmosphere. Holly always perfects my highlights and cuts, and the salon is perfection. You can tell there was lots of thought and care going into the design and setup of the space. I recently had a half-up do for a wedding done by Lauren as well and it was beautiful!

My hair was damaged due to overprocessing by my former stylist, so I wasn’t sure what was salvageable. I heard about Holly in an FB group, so I reached out. She was super helpful in determining what my options were.

At the salon, I was greeted warmly by Holly, & I felt so instantly comfortable with Aanika that I left the choice of colour & cut to her…and wow, she’s phenomenal!! Her skill is top tier, and as a bonus, she’s an awesome person.

Beware do not go here not customer services orientated!

I recently had nano extensions installed here and unfortunately, they began falling out after a week and a half. When I returned to address the issue, it was disclosed that faulty beads may have been used during the installation. They even mentioned that they had been picking beads out during the process and throwing them on the floor. This should have been a clear indication that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Also when I returned to show the issue it was mentioned that silicone beads are better for my type of hair which weren’t used and now I question why was I provide less of a service!?!?
I am disappointed that, despite recognizing there could have been an issue with all beads the installation was completed, leaving me with extensions that look far from what I expected, and frankly, embarrassing. While they’ve offered to redo the service, I no longer feel confident and have 0 trust in this salon.
When returning for my hair to be reviewed extensions fell right out in Hollys hands and she even took pictures and advised it didn’t look right in spots. You would think that would be enough for something to be done but apparently not! I advised at that time these would not be staying in my hair as too many were falling out and I had to go away for business and I’m sorry but thats not how I want my hair too look!
I am now being told if I don’t come back with all intact they won’t do anything after already advising Holly they won’t stay in as I look absolutely ridiculous and I’m traveling.
It’s unfortunate she did not have the stylist come in when I was coming in to assess the situation and feels the need to make customers come back more than once after already being extremely disappointed in the services and expressing that !
The issue was seen first hand having extension fall out in her hands!
I’ve requested a refund for the installation cost and I believe that is a reasonable resolution considering the situation.
Further to this review it was offered to bring you all extensions that fell out you refused
To review them as they are not on my head. You also stated the bead looked weird. you’d prefer Chandra’s work to walk around looking ridiculous.
If you read through all your reviews you blame the customer there is never ownership on your salon! Let’s talk about how you didn’t even order the correct colour of extension I guess if you looked at pictures you’d know from the moment I stepped out the my didn’t match that my hair was lighter
Which I had a colour done it should have been pulled through but it wasn’t you did t-zone only not what I paid for!
From the stories I’ve heard I’m not the first person to leave your salon with hair that didn’t match this seem to be a problem from your salon!
You are not a customer friendly salon just in it for the money
