My daughter and I were looking for a place to get some tapas and found Ruby’s on google. So glad we did! Nice ambiance, delicious food and drinks. My daughter enjoyed the (Virgin) piña colada, and I tried the blue Hawaii and the Frenchy Martini (VERY smooth! - my new favorite drink). For tapas we tried the shrimp tacos, the beef empanadas, the meatballs, and the fried plantains with pernil (perfectly cooked!). Everything was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, delicious food, and great atmosphere! I sat at the bar and had the garlic parmesan wings and garlic shrimp. They were both amazing and I ate every bit of both. Met some lovely local ladies and had a great time!

Vibe was nice and the servers were attentive. The beet salad was very good and we loved the dressing. The pernil sliders felt dry or missing something. The flat bread pizza aspired to be a frozen grocery store pizza with a topping on it, the cheese/toppings slid off when you take a bite.

Had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They brought out complimentary drinks at the end which was a total surprise! The food was delicious, and the ambiance and decor were relaxing. Highly recommend!

Had my engagement party here. But loved the place before that. The service is above & beyond. Best cocktails around and just overall great, chill date night, hang out atmosphere. Recommend the apple martini & cheese plate!

I came here with my boyfriend and some friends; they just opened up and I have to say wow! I am truly blown away. Not only is their service impeccable and attentive, their food is memorable, delicious and lick your fingers good. They are only serving virgin drinks but don't let that deter you from trying their virgin piña coladas or virgin strawberry daiquiri ( they were phenomenal). I can only imagine how great the drinks will be once they begin serving liquor. They do have a small menu for now, but they do have some off menu items and they are great at accommodating to requests. We ordered several appetizers and they were all great. The wings were delicious, crispy, & saucy; the mozzarella sticks were great and their marinara sauce also delicious, the chicken quesadilla, also great. Now, for each entree you get an option of a side salad or soup. I opted for the pasta fagioli and it was extremely flavorful. They also serve warm bread with their homemade oil garlic sauce which was delectable. All of the entrees ordered: chicken Francese, chicken parm, penne a la vodka, & steak w/ mashed potatoes were enjoyed by our group and the portions were great and reasonably priced. For anyone looking for a great meal, don't sleep on this place just because they're new. You won't regret it! I will definitely return even if I'm not in the area. Worth a drive.
