It was my first time here and whenever I return to Miami I will come to get my nails with Yesica. She did an amazing job, just as I wanted it. She is very professional! I highly recommend it

LaLa was a stellar technician and totally executed on my nail design vision. Salon was clean, well air conditioned on a hot day, and everyone was super professional and nice. LaLa was quick but with attention to detail and was great to chat with- the time flew by and I really enjoyed my experience! I’ve already gotten so many compliments on the nails. Highly recommend Rose and LaLa in particular!!! Thanks!

Once again, excellent service this time by Luciana. I usually don’t pick my technician as you can’t go wrong with any of them. Decided to finally post this gorgeous french manicure! Thank you Luciana

I usually do my own mani & pedi but I wanted to save myself some time so I went into the salon. I was a walk-in & I was immediately seated at a pedi station. 3.5 hours later, I was totally disappointed. The pedicure was so fast & medicore, I’m still not sure if I received one. It took 3 nail techs to ALMOST get the overlay of acrylic on my big toes right. They kept over filing the sides. I asked them to stop serveral times & tried to explain that I don’t like the skinny toe nail look. The gel polish looks like my 2 year old niece did it. The top coat on my toes look matte when it should be shiny….the color should be Snow White BTW ? While tech worked repeatedly on my big toes…to hurry & get me out a male tech started on my $95 Apres nails, which was done in 20 minutes (this was very uncomfortable for me because I was having lower back pain today…salon experience RUINED) with no mani or cuticle removal and gel tips don’t go from end to end on the nail bed, and I could feel my real nails burning from the UV flashlight, which lets me know, they aren’t certified gel x techs. I definitely won’t return to this salon. I felt rushed and waited all at the same time. The pictures was taken 30 minutes after I left. One star for salon cleanliness & the other star for location.

Sharing one of Miami’s best kept secrets for a pedicure! Super clean, accommodating, and most importantly friendly. I take everyone here who hasn’t already been, and more recently my daughter who got the best experience for her first time! Thank you Rosé team and staff!

I came to see Alice per the suggestion of a friend and she was quick, efficient, friendly, and overall a great experience.

Not many salons in Miami can deliver great nails, atmosphere, good music, AND friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

I am leaving this review in hopes that this salon’s technicians can improve on not only their efforts on common sense nail practices but also their general attitude to new clients.

I was a relatively new customer and I have gone to this salon 2 times. I had a positive outlook because this salon is in the same building I work at and would be very convenient for me to visit.

Although this last time I went, it was horrible. I got a basic pedi and gel manicure. My appointment was after I finished work. My technician was Mariana. She started with my feet and I looked over after she finished that the polish was sheer and not the color I thought it would be like how it was in the chip sample. I asked her if she could please add another coat so it would be more opaque and she took off all the polish and started over. She said she would leave the third coat to dry for a bit before applying the top coat and did not clean around my toes. I thought maybe she would do this after. She went in and removed the cuticles of my hands and cut into my pinky to the point of bleeding. It has been over a week since that and I still have a scab where she cut, it was deep. She applies the top coat to my toes and did not clean around my toes.

She then did my manicure, I asked for 3 coats to avoid another mishap like the pedicure but it felt extremely rushed. Not even a minute under the UV light per coat applied. There was fuzz from the hand towel getting stuck under each layer. She did not clean around my nails before telling me to go under the light and gel was stuck on my skin around my nails. The painted edges of my nails were hard and pointy. There were small bubbles on all my nails. Overall, a poor poor job.

She told me “you’re good to go” without fixing or cleaning any of the mess and I was baffled. I asked her to file down my hard edges and clean around my nails and even then it was still so messy. I could not believe she was going to send me off with my nails horribly messy.

I took a better look the next day at home. On top of the fact that it was messy, the top coat used was not glossy. My nails looked dull. My coworkers even noticed that they did a bad job on my nails when they saw the results the next day.

I called that day and spoke to the manager on the phone and he was very kind to have me come in and fix my nails without an issue.

I was sat down and Amy came and gave me the most rude and puzzled look. I explained to her what I wanted fixed and she told me I didn’t “have bubbles” that it was just a top coat issue. I didn’t need a condescending response, I just wanted someone to hear my concerns and help me. She buffed my top coat off and just reapplied another top coat. Although this top coat was actually shinier, the color now was sheer. I gave up, I didn’t want to have another moment longer with this rude woman. When she finished she said “that’s it?” and laughed in my face. Yes, although a simple and maybe silly request to her, I wanted to feel treated and attended after poor service I received. Instead I was treated like a child by her and given another round of bad service.

The next day the gel still had little bubbles and also lasted 2 good days before it was lifted on some nails edges. Poor quality and service from both technicians reflected on the lasting results.

I feel like I have been patient and kind when I asked for my simple requests and felt dismissed or bullied by both these technicians. I’m still wondering how hard could it possibly be to mess up a basic pedi and gel mani.

Like I said earlier, I’m leaving this as constructive criticism because I do not want to go back to this salon anymore. The atmosphere and vibes of the technicians were flawed and I truly hope that it can improve for future new customers to not have the same experience I did.

Amazing nail place! They never miss and they’re highly professional. Quick and easy booking, the place itself is quiet and peaceful even when it is very busy, and unlike most places in Miami, there are no hassles with last minute cancellations or no shows
