Hi I received a pedicure today, it was wonderful. Heather took very good care of me. It was my first time here and getting a service at this place. Very clean and comfortable. Respectful and polite. She was very gentle and thorough and accommodating. Very easy going and did not make me feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. I will definitely be going back to her again. Got my hair cut here and had a great experience. My stylist really listened to what I had wanted and my hair looks amazing! The stylist was wonderful and I was able to book and get in for a same day appointment. Really happy to have found this place.

Really disappointed in my most recent visit.
They got me in quickly which I appreciated, but the stylist did not communicate at all what she was doing to my hair. I had asked for a trim as it'd been 6 months since I'd done anything to my hair, and asked if there was anything she could do to make it look more full as it's really fine and thin. She showed me she'd recommend cutting off a little over an inch and I agreed.
After that she didnt tell me anything she was doing, so i just assumed she was still just trimming what she thought necessary. After blow drying it she immediately curled it, not showing me the length/asking if i was happy with it until after it was already styled, which i thought odd. I said ok and figured it was probably fine. Later at home I realized she had cut layers into my hair (uneven layers too, the left having Very short pieces...), which I've always been told to avoid as it makes my hair look even thinner. It now feels like I have a mullet 🙁
I was also charged more than I was expecting based on their website prices. I was expecting $34 for a wash and cut (what I asked for when booking) but was charged almost $50. I should have questioned it before I left but didn't.
The stylist was very nice, and I'm grateful they got me in quickly, but I am so disappointed in the outcome and overall experience.

My wife and I visit this spa when we are home for the holidays visiting from PEI, This team takes care of us and makes us feel comfortable throughout our time there. It's a treat for us and it will be for anyone who needs a break from this busy life we live. Thank you to all the staff. We appreciate you all!!

I had a mani/pedi the day before my son's wedding. Looked great at the time, beautiful French manicure.. the next morning my nails were yellow!! When I went back in a few days later and showed them, I was told that I did something wrong... all I had done was shower!! In talking to several people, I was told that it was either a faulty product or left under the light too long... Was quite disappointed they didn't offer a redo... I even would have had to pay them to remove it!!

I was able to get in last minute for a brow wax and tint with Heather the other day and I am beyond happy with the work she did. My brows are shaped perfectly and Heather was friendly and professional. The salon was clean and covid protocols were followed! I will definitely be returning!
