My recent visit to Rocks, located on the first level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando, left me with mixed feelings. Let me break down my experience for you.

First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show – the drinks. I must admit, the concoctions served at Rocks were nothing short of impressive. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and the portion sizes were just right. Each sip was a delightful journey for my taste buds, and I found myself enjoying every moment of it.

The ambiance of the bar added a touch of coziness to the evening. The setting was relaxed and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration in Orlando. I particularly appreciated the subtle lighting and comfortable seating arrangements, which contributed to a pleasant overall atmosphere.

However, where Rocks falls a bit short is in the service department. It's evident that they cater to a significant number of patrons, which can unfortunately lead to a slower service experience. The wait times for our drinks were longer than expected, and it was clear that the staff was working diligently to manage the high volume of customers. While the staff was courteous and attentive, the delayed service did impact the overall experience.

Now, let's address the elephant in the room – the prices. There's no denying that the drinks and the atmosphere come at a premium. While the quality of the drinks justifies a certain level of pricing, it's worth noting that budget-conscious individuals might find the menu a bit on the expensive side. Keep this in mind if you're planning to enjoy a night out without breaking the bank.

One aspect that left me a bit puzzled was the lack of a noticeable main course menu. While I did see options for appetizers, I couldn't recall encountering a well-defined selection of main dishes. This could potentially limit the dining options for those seeking heartier meals.

All things considered, I'm inclined to rate Rocks with 3 stars. The impressive drinks, cozy ambiance, and attentive service (despite the wait times) make it a worthy visit. However, the pricing and the absence of a comprehensive main course menu are areas that could use some improvement. Whether you're in the mood for a delightful drink experience or simply want to relax in a cozy setting, Rocks at the Hyatt Regency Orlando certainly has its charm.

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel bar/restaurant. they have a great variety of drinks and food on their menu. We got the sliders, the tuna and the wings, and loved every single one of them.

Nice atmosphere for a lobby bar. Extensive cocktail menu. Good service. Overlooks pool area. Comfortable seating. Pricey but in line with what you would expect at a hotel bar.

Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere for lunch , although I came back for lunch Thursday and it was closed ? Bartender was great , good view of pool , outdoor patio, not a full menu for lunch but enjoyed the wedge salad and sliders , thank you!
