Awful experience. They shaved my nail down so badly that it's taking 3 months for my nails to grow back normally. They are rough and careless. I am so mad I wouldn't recommended anyone going here. Save yourself your money and your nails from ever going to this nasty place

Great place, nice service.
Overall everyone does a good job, sometimes I get 15 minutes of neck massage and it’s just perfect to get extra pampered.
I do natural manicure but I have seen that they do excellent GelX.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT AN INFECTION!
My girlfriend and I went here and she asked for a dip manicure. They didn't know how to do it and lied and said that they did. Three different people were trying to improvise and at the end the owner Vickie told us that she let her employees carry on because we didn't know how it was supposed to be done anyway because it was my girlfriend's first time. Fast forward one week and she has green discoloration of all of her nails. We went to a dermatologist who said she has Green Nail Syndrome which is a Pseudonomas infection caused by improperly done work at nail salons. Now we racked up thousands in medical bills and pharmacy costs and she has these destroyed green nails which will take months to go back to normal. We went back and she wouldn't even take responsibility and own up to her customer of 8 years. Reporting this place to the state board. HEALTH HAZARD. DO NOT GO.

Love this place. The staff is actually very nice to everyone and very accommodating. The prices are very reasonable as well. Have come here 4 times now and love it every time!

BEWARE: My brother with special needs came here to receive a regular pedicure. The job that was done was absolutely horrible and when we confronted the owner, Ivan, about it, he refused to fix it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, there are dozens of nail salons on Robertson that will put the time and effort in to do a good job. The pictures are attached are AFTER the pedicure.

Dissatisfied. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I always ask if they have the matching polish for both gel and regular (for feet) when I asked the girl said yes of course. I picked my color. A deep burgundy. Half way through my treatment, another customer became vocal that she did not know it was CASH ONLY. I didn't know it was cash only either. Which again, I always look for the sign before I enter. The owner if the salon started calling her rude and she should know that every nail salon is cash only and she should know that. I felt bad because I had not known that either and it wasn't posted anywhere. I quitely asked the girl doing my manicure if there was an ATM around because I did t realize it was cash only. (I was embarrassed to even ask since I didn't want them to start heckling me too!) Anyway, the girl doing my toes went to get the match to the color I choose. It was not even close. So much darker, and looked BLACK! There was no hint of red in it. I told her that was too dark. She then brought another one that was just slightly lighter then the black one. I told her again it was too dark and that I did not like it. She then started speaking another language to the manicurist and they both seemed annoyed by me. She painted one of my toes and said, "see it's the same color" and continued painting the rest. It looks black on my toes with how many coats she put on. I was hesitant to say anything for fear of them harassing me like they did that last customer. Also, while I was busy cringing at my new GOTH toes, my manicurist was giving herself a manicure right at my arm rest, USING THE SAME TOOLS SHE JUST USED ON ME!!! And to top it off one of HER NAIL flew in to my lap while she was cutting them! So gross! I will not be back.

I loved my nails they came out rlly good I called maybe at 1:50 for a medi and pedi she was kind and it was for 3:00 I got here 3:20 picked the color and everything and it came out rlly cute and they gave me a massage for my hand at the end loved it!!!!
