Such an unique charm in the heart of mid town. Even though their cocktail menu is limited, I can tell that they invested a lot efforts in creating those. My most favorite is the Ruby Cobbler. I love the aroma & taste of ruby cherry. I was extremely impressed by how they welcome you with a hot towel to wipe your hands. They also kindly offered some candies when bringing out the check. So dedicated and lovely!

Met friends for cocktails on a Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Funky vibe with red lightning and booths and high tops.

Nice sized crowd with great music and friendly staff. Decent menu of specialty drinks at $16 each. Limited wine selection.

There are a few appetizers but food is not the main fare.

Houston has limited options for a more upscale happy/cocktail hour option and this place is perfect. Limited parking is a downside.

This unique spot offers a great vibe, though it can be a bit tricky to locate due to its multifaceted nature. In the morning, it's a cozy coffee shop, and by night, it transforms into a lively bar. I visited during the day and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The coffee was excellent, and they still served alcohol for those interested. The space was pleasantly uncrowded with beautiful sunlight streaming in. Highly recommended for a relaxing visit!

Came here for pre-dinner drinks on a Friday night. We had a 6:30 reservation and after checking in with the very friendly hostess we were taken straight to our booth. The bar is up a flight of stairs on the back side of Anvil. The vibes are very moody/sexy with low lighting and table lamps. Service was great and I loved the presentation of our cocktails. I had a tequila neat and my husband went with Bobby's martini which was served with a side dish of olives. Great spot for before or after dinner cocktails!

Not sure why a Croissant that's not fresh, it was old and chewy and a served cold latte would cost $15.

Common bond down the street has better quality for lower price. Same order for about $10.

They remade my latte of course, but the quality vs price is super low.

The atmosphere is very mediocre, decor is boring, music does not fit. I understand that it's a bar as well. However, it can be managed better.

Staff are nice , the reason I gave 3 stars is for attention for detail.

Lots of work needs to be done. Charging high prices is not going to make it up for your slow nights of liquor sales.

Visited during the day for coffee. It was very good and so was the almond croissant. Interior of the place is very nice and comforting. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Parking was across the street. Make sure you don't try to come in or out of that parking lot through Westheimer and it's a curb and not an actually entrance.

I LOVED the atmosphere here! It’s small and intimate. A good place to catch up with a friend or hunker down and get some work done. They have Love Croissants which are AMAZING! My friend and I ordered lattes. One iced one hot. They’re good but nothing special! I’ll definitely come again though. Really enjoyed being here.

Parking is a little hard to find though. There’s two lot options behind the building and in front on the side street.

Love this speakeasy-vibe bar! The staff is super fun and the cocktails are delicious. If only it would be easier accessible during the weekend…very difficult to get a spot without a reservation.
