Emily at PLT nail bar did such a great job on my daughter’s first set of acrylic nails! She was patient and even took the time to explain how she became a nail tech and gave my daughter advice and the inside scoop. I am grateful for her expertise and great attitude and the finished nails lasted so long and looked exactly like the design my daughter requested. Thank you, Emily! And, love the amazing assortment of complimentary beverages- thanks for the margarita, PLT Nail Bar. Convenient location behind Chick-fil-A and very clean with a modern design. Highly recommend.

Great work on the finished product- issue with services. Was told it would take 1hr to complete from time of arrival. Sat for 45 min and as we were leaving guy then puts urgency in getting my kids nails done. Said ‘2 min and both will have reps working on nails.’ Only one was being worked on in that timeframe. 20 min later the other one still hadn’t even begun process so I pulled her back till next time. Bill was $87 and left $20 tip. Asked the lady is that with the advertised 15% off on 8 flags surrounding the shopping center? She said that’s only on Monday through Thursday and pointed to a sign outside that said m-f 10% off all customers and 15 for students. Pictures attached. I believe consumer law should come into effect here with specifics on ALL advertising. Not worth wasting 2.5 hours of a Saturday on one kids nails. Recommendations welcomed.

Went in around 545 to see for a pedicure or when they closed. Was able to make an appt for an hour later. They were happy to help me and we're very considerate of my toe nail preferences. ANN was so nice and friendly. The offer complementary drinks, even had alcohol options. The place was clean and bright. Recommend for anyone for a feel good pedicure. The only complaint is that the massage chairs did not feel very powerful, felt as if it barley touched my back. But the service itself was good.

I absolutely love this nail bar! I’ve only been a few times but I plan on being a long time customer. The prices are amazing, the establishment is relaxing and clean, and the staff always does a really good job. They’re super gentle and have a good eye for detail. My gel pedicures always last upwards of 3 weeks. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I absolutely love coming here for my nails. I have been going since they opened, and won’t be going anywhere else. They are ready for every occasion and design I come in with. They have done my engagement, wedding, everyday, and holiday nails, each set coming out to perfection. I highly recommend going here for all of your nail needs. They do amazing work and take the time to make sure you’re happy with the results. You’ll be getting compliments constantly—I know I do!

I want to say first that I don't like leaving bad reviews, and I only do so when I feel other people should be aware. I also want to say that I have never had a bad experience before the last time I visited PLT Nail Bar. In fact, I truly enjoyed myself and the wonderful ladies that made me feel beautiful. But last weekend was a let down. I went in to get a mani and pedi, everything was going great with my feet, the young lady was amazing. But the gentleman doing my nails the same time as the young lady doing my feet was not so much. I have drill anxiety and push through the whole process but my hands do sweat. I'm very open about this and even joke about it. I told him what I wanted which I've had done many times before and was done flawlessly and fast. It took awhile to get my previous color off, which I get it. But when it came to actually do my nails, he was sighing and getting frustrated. I wanted to keep the length and shape of my original nail just add dip to it. He began to file the heck out of my nails to where it was painful. I told him to please stop filing and trying to reshape my nails because it hurts and it's not what I wanted. So we finally get to dipping and because I'm getting my feet done at the same time, my hands are at an awkward position AND now they hurt because he filed the life out of them.... Leaving the under nail flesh exposed. He is getting upset with me because I'm moving to reposition the pillow that is falling off of my lap and the pain of exposed skin. I beared through it with the hopes my nails would be pretty, but he left the sides of my nails exposed without dip.... because he kept filing even after that! I pointed it out and he was even more upset. I don't know anyone who wants to pay for a service and the outcome not be what they paid for. All of this to say, the next morning my nails started to chip off. And by day 2 they were all chipping and ratchet as heck looking. I wanted to go back in so bad, but between work, kids and life I couldn't get in there. I'm so embarrassed by the way my nails look, and to top it off my fingers hurt so bad for a bout 2 days. They bled, broke off and ached to where it was painful to type and even sleep. I've never had anything like that happen to me. I wish I would have goten his name, I was just so ready to go. I'm giving 3 stars because I've never had a bad experience there outside of him, but I'm not going back due to him.

I got a gel manicure. My tech was nice and fast. My only complaint is that there was a lack of communication. I sat waiting for my manicure for 30 minutes and no one told me what was going on.
