Outstanding ambiance, good food. My NY Strip was good, the Grilled Octopus was deep fried but it was very good. The desserts were the best items on the menu, they were beautiful and delicious, definitely will recommend.

Went on a Saturday night, called at the last minute,they were very busy but still squeezed the 4 of us in. Had the Lobster, Shrimp and Scallops with the cognac lobster cream sauce, delicious! Wife had the mini Beef Wellington, she left nothing on the plate, which is very rare for her. Even the side of Brussels Sprouts was something special. Will be back soon!

Since I relocated to Piermont a year ago, I've heard countless recommendations for this place. I'm thrilled that I finally made the decision to visit this amazing restaurant tonight.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the service is exceptional. The food is simply divine—the lobster bisque was phenomenal, and the roasted rack of lamb was cooked just right.

There are so many other dishes I’m eager to sample, so there’s no question I’ll return in the near future.

I wholeheartedly recommend Nova Kitchen Restaurant and Bar!

The food here is so mediocre—everything tastes like a random mess of purées. The cooking and seasoning are completely off, just a sloppy blend with no balance. On top of that, it’s overly greasy while somehow managing to be tasteless. The only thing worse than the food was the service pace. The waitstaff is clearly trying hard, but the wait between dishes is ridiculous. Logistics between front and kitchen are poorly managed. You’d wait so long that you get hungry all over again between dishes. The entire meal took two and a half hours from start to finish. Absolutely not worth the time or money. Would totally avoid. The only good thing is that it has parking.

RUN, dont walk, to Nova!!!

EXCELLENT experience! This is a new restaurant in the area, and they did not disappoint.

The atmosphere is modern yet welcoming. Tables with plenty of space in between so you dont feel crammed in. Definitely a finer dining experience, similar to what you might find in NYC without the astronomical cost, tight spaces or attitudes! Plenty of parking in the lot.

The cocktail menu had a variety of light and fresh drinks, the bar stocked with the gamut of alcohol brands and price ranges.

So many excellent (and healthier!) appetizer and dinner choices. Many grilled, with interesting sauces or chutneys. Portions were plentiful. You absolutely get your money's worth in portion size - but the real winner here is the taste!!!! Everything is freshly made, high quality from the vegetables to the meat. No shortcuts here.

Can we discuss dessert? If you do not try the chocolate chip croissant bread pudding you are missing out. It is creamy and light, just sweet enough, served with vanilla ice cream. Delish! And a perfect ending to a delicious, decadent meal.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, had great suggestions on dishes and drinks and were very attentive. The owner greeted guests, stopped to speak with regular guests and made the entire experience so awesome.

Reservations are recommended, it was very busy - and I can see why! I cannot wait to go back and try something different!!

Nova is hands down my favorite restaurant in Rockland County, and Dinner last night was no exception! The food is absolutely phenomenal, and the drinks are always on point! Wine selection is great, and the service is always top Notch. Geena at the bar is Awesome also. We love to hang with her at the bar! Bravo, and see you soon!

Exceptional food all around! The grilled shrimp, octopus, & oysters as appetizers had me realize this place was not going to disappoint. It didn’t. The steak & veal chop entree’s were outstanding. Great staff. Megan shakes s mean martini. Just go 🙂
