I'm spending winter in the area and was hoping this would be a great location to get semi weekly acrylic nail fills. To my disappointment, it will not be. The nail tech offering acrylic fills is very sweet but obviously doesn't provide quality service. I've worn acrylic nails for years and very, very rarely have a nail lift. My nails are constantly lifting within days of my fill, and management could care less. This explains why locals advised me to go off the island for nail services. It's really unfortunate because it's such a convenient location.
The owners reply was that it's time for me to pay for an entire new set, but that is ridiculous considering the first nail to lift was completely new. As you can see from the pictures, there is minimal growth. I had my fill done the day before a cruise vacation, and they began lifting days into the trip. Had they offered a solution, I would have been open to a different type of nail service that perhaps would hold up better. The owner insisted they were not at fault. The pictures provided prove otherwise.

Great experience. I came in right before closing, they make sure to be able to fit me in and provided me with a drink. Tonya gave me potentially the best manicure I’ve ever received. My nails are unrecognizable and she helped me figure out a plan to make my nails grow longer in the future!

Usually I go and have a great experience at Neo Nails. The last time I went I had a technician named Carolina and she was HORRIBLE. Not only was she a terrible manicurist, she had a disgusting attitude as well. She made me bleed and didn't even say she was sorry. She should not be working at Neo Nails. She brings the business down.

I got a regular mani/pedi here for the first and last time! This salon is exactly dirty!!! I am talking filth everywhere, floor, chairs, tables ?On top of that they don’t follow the basic hygiene! They don’t clean the pedi sinks and don’t use the reusable bags it’s absolutely gross and disgusting! Stay away!!!

I'm not a local to the area, but I stopped in to get some TLC on my nails. Out of my experiences from nail salons , this has to be one of my favorite places I have gone to thus far. Very polite and professional ladies! The atmosphere was wonderful and very relaxing.
Zori did an amazing job! Very fun, bright and creative nail tech. My main focus was a beach themed with matte polish, I can say she definitely nailed it.

Maria did my nails and they came out perfect. She shaped my natural nails perfectly and corrected them when I noticed a crooked one. Service was amazing and everyone was super friendly!
