Lee was very nice and such a sweetie but my nails were not short enough and was not a sharp square. My middle finger on my left hand is burning after I gotten nails done I am so happy that I am a licensed Professional from now on I will do my own nails

Nails By Chau is my absolute favorite nail salon in Philadelphia. The women are very friendly and do a great job. I get a dip manicure by Chau herself and she does a fantastic job. She is so good at what she does! Always sweet and making sure I like my nails and the color. I can’t recommend this nail salon enough.

I LOVE nails by Chau. All the ladies are so sweet and so talented. Below is a picture of my regular polish manicure 8 days after getting it!! They do such good work and it lasts so well. It’s hands down the best place in the city, and I always enjoy chatting with the ladies working. They remember I bring my mom in sometimes and ask about her. Definitely recommend! They do great tips/dip, gel, etc.

Worst manicure I ever had done in my life. Very sloppy and not painted to the edges of the nail. The pedicure paint job was done neat and nice, but technician did not realize she was grading my skin off. Went home with pain on my foot and realized it was cut open. She apologized as she did not mean to break skin. Would never recommend anyone to come here.

I asked for almond and she gave m&ms. The lady that did my nails was extremely rough. She doesn’t know how to do acrylics. I had to tell her to put more acrylic on because they were literally so thin that they were bending. Then she left all kind of crust and residue under in around my nails. I would literally never go back.

i usually dont review places but this place was so bad, i dont want anyone to waste their money. i got a manicure and when the technician was taking off my gel extensions, she used such a harsh drill that hurt my nails and left the sides of my nails raw. i asked for round and got uneven squarish-round. instead of applying the polish in strokes, the technician applied it in dabs, which left me with unevenly painted nails. i also asked for a different shade of pink and when i pointed that out, she told me they were the same, when they obviously were not.

Polish all on the sides of the nails, barely coffin shaped, hit my finger/cuticle 2x with the filing machine. Honestly just messy and disappointing.
