I was just a walk-in tourist off the street. I was treated as if I were a long-time customer. The service was fabulous. My nails look so fantastic! I’m just wondering how I’m going to get from Oklahoma to Key West every month because I want to come back!!

Mixed review. They did a horrible job on my feet and hands. Forgot to put top coat on my right foot. They couldn’t figure out how to do a special polish for my nails. Don’t advertise a special effect if you can’t execute it. I left with terrible looking mani pedi mainly because I did t want to spend any more time there also it’s expensive.

Possibly the worst manicure i’ve ever gotten. The lady was nice but my nails were not it. I got french and she didn’t ask me any questions (like how thick I want the line or how I wanted it) they are very un even and crooked. Extremely overpriced and it was very rushed. The worst part is I got gel so I can’t take them off for a while. All for 93$!!!!!! Not worth it at all from my experience. (update) It’s been a week and the tips on my left hand have all broken off.

I went to this place a week ago and it’s probably the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The technician only had me put my nails under the heat lamp once per round of polish, the mail polish was bubbly on the top of the nail and semi see-through and peeled less than a week later (which defeats the purpose of getting gel). When I expressed my concerns during the manicure she was defensive and had an attitude about it even though it was obvious that the nails were terribly done.

I stopped in to try and burn time while we were visiting Key West. The staff were very friendly and I was able to be taken immediately. Pedicure was great! Same technician did my manicure.

Sadly I was cut on my right ring finger while she was trimming my cuticles. She apologized throughout the rest of the manicure which was nice but we had to stop bleeding on that finger. I asked that she be mindful of the polish getting too close to the cut. I’m grateful to report that I did not get an infection! Thankful for the alcohol spray.

My only concern is that I was charged full price for the manicure. There’s no standard when this happens and it’s uncomfortable for everyone but I don’t think it’s fair to charge full asking when you cut a customer causing them to bleed. They took $6 off which didn’t seem fair to me. My technician also only spoke Spanish so we needed another person to come over and translate. They attempted to call the manager of the salon, Tracy, over but didn’t get her attention as she was working with another client.

After paying and tipping (curious if ppl do when this happens but pedi was fine), I asked for a bandaid to cover the cut and they didn’t have one.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this salon to a friend. I’ve had other salons initially take some of the cost off when they cut cuticles since this has happened before when I try new places. Also the price that’s on their website isn’t correct. Website says manicure $30, pedicure $55. I was charged $57.20 for pedi and 37.44 for mani.

Lyla was fabulous and fit me in when they were closing. Great glass of wine while getting a pedicure. Nice chairs for a massage too. Can’t wait to go back.

I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to things...so the place was not bad. The nail tech Yen was who did my nails. She was nice and polite. I asked for a number 11 and so she came back with 11...but my color was orange and the color she got was purple. I just kind of took it as the universe wanting me to have purple nails. She was so sweet that she ended up finding my orange and correcting the mistake even though I had already told her purple was fine. I would go back again.

My daughter and I did not have an appointment but they were able to work us in. Great pedicures and I got powder dio manicure, which was done to perfection. Highly recommend!
