Fabulous event space hire! Thank you Moonrise for providing the perfect space for me to host my 4-day yoga and meditation course. Peaceful, plenty of space and very cosy - just what I needed. Yoga mats were provided making life much easier, and the kitchen space allowed me to offer traditional food to my students to enjoy in the very quirky upstairs space! My students were really pleased with their course and I received super positive feedback across the board, so thank you for helping me run my business!
Plus, the space owners Deidre and Ava were really easy to contact and communicate with - nothing was too much. 5 stars from me. See you in 2 months 🙂

Moonrise is a beautiful, calming space. It's warm, comfortable and welcoming. A calming atmosphere for Qigong. Ava & Deirdre have a way of teaching which helps me to remember the moves, to do at home, helping with daily stresses of life. The singing bowls with Ava, blew me away,. I didn't want her singing to end, it was absolutely beautiful. I'm excited to be attending future events with Moonrise

I went to a Qigong event with Moonrise and what a beautiful experience. The blend of Qigong practice, learning about the five elements and the cacao ceremony felt so grounding and energising at the same time.

The sound bowls at the end were also absolutely amazing and the perfect way to bring the event to a close with an extra touch of calmness. I think what impressed me the most was the teachers really knowing their stuff, whilst still being fun and creating a cool vibe to enjoy myself whilst relaxing. It was laid back but I still feel like I had energised by body! I was super curious about this and I’m really glad I came along. Would recommend even to beginners.

I attended a full day Qigong session with moonrise health and healing. It’s the first time I’ve done Qigong and it was amazing from start to finish! Deidre, Ava and Max were fantastic and made everyone feel so welcome and were great in explaining and demonstrating Qigong throughout the day. The studio is amazing and created a wonderful calming environment. After a busy week at work I came away feeling very relaxed and feel like I learned a lot about myself. I also loved meeting new people and sharing stories over a lovely lunch. Can’t wait for the next one! ?

I’ve never done qigong before but I really enjoyed it. The highlight was Ava actually singing with singing bowls. Now that was something I’d never heard before -just beautiful. The studio is warm and inviting. Very nice experience overall

Such a beautiful experience, great teachings especially for those like me who this is their first time trying Qi-Gong. Also the beautiful sounds of the sound bath and Ava’s voice is just breathtaking. Would highly recommend this to anyone
