I loved how nice and friendly the staff was, they bought me champagne the whole time and even some cookies! The music and decor is nice. My nails look amazing but I had to take a star away for price. I got a full pedicure with gel and my nails were gel x with a v French and chrome. It ended up being $270, my usual price at my other salon is around $180.

This is my neighborhood nail salon so I use to enjoy the convenience but despite the fact that they offer valet services they grossly OVERcharge you on the service, have long wait times even when you have an appointment, argue with you about their poor work as if you're the not allowed to have an opinion and waste your time!

It was my birthday! The day of my birthday I go to the salon for my scheduled appointment with a picture of what I'd like designed on my nails I showed it to the reception so she could pair me with the right nail tech. They literally paired me with the WRONG nail tech; a man who does not work on gel fills. But he charged me $40 to remove the nail polish and on the little pad of paper called it a "manicure"! Their reply to their mistake, "oh we thought you had natural nails." Really? When he had to remove the acrylic off my nails?!!! That he didn't mind charging me for?! The audacity to treat me like I'm not intelligent. Then they moved me to another tech and I showed her the attached photo of the look and asked if she could paint my nails that way. She said "of course." She proceeds to paint my nails and it looked like I had dipped my fingers in thick ceramic paint! I hated it. I asked her if she was going to do an overlay to lighten the color and she said no it would ruin the look. She told me "just wait until I'm finished." Rude but maybe there was something I didn't know that would happen to make this what I asked for. I said to her that the picture showed the polish as pastels, the polish she was using was more pronounced and heavy. She ignored me. I was practically in tears! I hated her design "interpretation"! I said its my birthday, showed her my drivers license as proof and said this is not the look I asked for. She complained in a foreign language to the other techs, used an aggressive tone and did nothing to remedy my disappointment. Other techs came over and said "oh it looks like the picture." A heist! I went to check-out because I had a dinner to go to that I was about to be late for and said to the cashier/reception I was extremely unhappy and she says the cost will be $207! For a poorly performed nail set! I said I wanted to talk to the owner. I was told he wasn't there and she couldn't let me leave without paying because the tech's set their own prices. I was livid and I am still angered at such greed and poor customer service attention. I paid because the salon was holding my valeted SUV hostage! I couldn't get my car unless I paid the full overpriced cost! I left a message right then for the owner, I have never heard back despite a call to the salon as well.

I cannot in good conscience recommend them at all!! They may have gotten my money but I have decided this year to not argue with bad service but to share the experience by posting truthful reviews and allow the establishment to lose me as a customer. In my opinion, they shouldn't gain you as one! Save yourself the headache, time and money. Don't be fooled by the nice aesthetics of the establishment, cheap free wine and valet parking. Patronage elsewhere. I truly wish I had read the recent reviews. It appears I'm not alone in my disappointment!

Wanted to try a new salon but I guess these services cost a lot. Asked for price before doing my nails but they didn’t tell me exactly how much. So I got removed older gel x nails and gel nail polish on feet first. Then I asked for callous remover plus parafin on feet only. Got new gel polish. Also this chrome silver design on tips of new set of gel x extension nails. Had to pay $275 for this service with no special ocasion just the desire to try a new nail salon probably for the rich only. Service was ok two girls working at the same time pedi and mani. But way too expensive for me. Not returning.

BOTTON LINE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Horribly Overpriced. Terrible customer service. Make no attempts to fix mistakes. I go there because it’s right by my work but I’ll drive 100 miles of it means never going here again. It’s always some bad there. Like my gel polish peeling off in one day but this last time I left bleeding. Wrong color because she couldn’t “find a brown” no design because it took 3 hours just to add the nails and apply the polish. They say they will fix it on another day BUT then because I don’t have availability to come back in within 3 days they “actually can’t fix it”. I told her I’m leaving for vacation. I won’t be here to get it fixed with 3 days. She say oh well nothing we can do!

Overpriced for the service and the attitude of the hostesses.
The nails do NOT last the time they state they do. Go elsewhere. Waste of your money.
There's better places nearby for a quarter of the price.
This was only after 8 days of getting nails done. The others fell off that evening.

I walked in for a basic pedicure which base price is 40$ as per the menu that they have at the desk. I requested no color since I was gonna go my own gel I just needed to clean up the cuticle. She asked if I wanted to cut and buff the nail. I said no cut just file she cut anyway she said to make it even. So she continued buffed my nails and went to pay. When I got to the counter it was 60$. I said the menu says $40. She said you got a buff that is $15 more. I told her that I was not informed that was additional. Then she says and another 5$ since you are paying with a card. Overall very disappointing I will not be returning

This place is far too expensive. They keep promoting that they do famous peoples nails, that should be the first red flag. I did my nails there a couple of times, every single time I did gel x one nail would pop off a 2-5 days later. When I went in to go fix it they would charge me $20 to fix ONE nail. It’s just not worth it, go to a normal salon that’s a little outdated, and you will pay much less. Payed over $250 for nails, steer clear.

Loved the set up... very clean!
Employees are super friendly.
Louis did my nails...I loved the way they came out. I have been on the hunt for someone who can do them thin and more natural looking.
They charged a little than I'm used to paying, but I'm super happy with his work!
I've never been charged for removing gels to put new ones on...lol...I guess thats a thing!
Advise: check their price of services online so that there are no surprises ?
