Beautiful, clean and calming! I had an amazing massage with Tracy! She got the knots out of my neck and back and still feel great after it being a week! Then I experienced the cold plunge/hot sauna for 30 mins! It was very awesome and I felt the energy for about 2 days! Thanks again for all the explanations and experience from the staff!loved my little relaxing cabana! I will definitely be back soon!

The best experience I’ve ever had, the girls are professional, ensuring personalized care throughout your visit. Modern Calm Spa provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect destination for anyone seeking relaxation and self-care. Highly recommended for those in need of a little indulgence and calm in their lives. My favourite is the contrast therapy, Cold plunge and Sauna with red light. I also really liked the Normatec pants that flush out all the lactic acid. 1000 stars if I could.

If your looking to have a head spa experience that is relaxing, calming and will completely rejuvenate your scalp.. I HIGHLY recommend Allie at Modern Calm!! This was my first head spa and I couldn’t believe the results. I really wish we took a before and after picture so you can really see the difference! My scalp and hair have never felt so clean, fresh and healthy. I’m seriously amazed by the results. I will definitely be back!

If your looking to have a head spa treatment that is relaxing and calming, I Highly recommend Allison at Modern Calm!! This was my first head spa and it was amazing!

This place is amazing!

Me and my SO tried the Hydrotherapy room package… which included the infrared sauna and cold plunge bath. Loved that the rooms are private for your own little getaway, and we felt so energized and refreshed after our session. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is clean and luxurious. I really enjoyed that they make it their goal to cater your service to help each persons individual needs and ailments, and that their goal is not to just have their clients relax, But also aid them in their healing.

Spent 2 glorious hours at Modern Calm today. We were a group of 4 adults and we were accommodated to enjoy the cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression therapy and the grounding mat. Cassandra is wonderful! She is welcoming, knowledgeable and she explained everything so well and is such a calm presence - she adds so much to the experience! I could spend the whole day here! This place is awesome alone or with your partner or friends! I’m going back next week! Thank You Cassandra and Modern Calm for a fabulous experience today!
