Had my first massage with Jacquie today and she is the real deal! I've had a handful of massages in the past and this is by far the best one I've had we worked on some stiffness in the quads, hams and calves as well as in the chest and I'm feeling like a million bucks afterwards.

If you're in the innisfil area..hell even if you're not..make the trip to go see her, I promise she will get you right

Recently visited Lilac and Lavender for a massage from Nicole Z.

The entire experience was amazing. The location is clean, cozy, and serene. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

I don't have much experience with massage, and Nicole did a great job making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

The massage itself was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be back soon and I highly recommend that others treat themselves here as well.

My first time getting a massage in like 9 years! Kyla was super friendly and made sure the 90 minutes were spent wisely with a full body massage! I also tried cupping and it was amazing! Looking forward to coming back for acupuncture and cupping too 🙂 the whole place is so pretty and very clean. My favourite massage place ever now!

A friend booked herself and I an appointment as a treat to me. Our first time coming to this place and we were not disappointed!
The shop itself is so clean and bright.
We had the pleasure of having Suzie. It was fantastic!
You know it was so good that you’re still raving about it all through the night when you’re appointment was in the afternoon. She gave a 10 star massage and was so personable. We will definitely be going back.
You can get a massage anywhere, it’s good people that make it that much better.

I have been dealing with terrible Sciatic pain for two months now and it had become difficult to even sit. Today was my first appointment with Nicole Zappi. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in. I’m not one to get massages and was nervous of the experience. Nicole was the perfect match for me as she patiently explained everything to me, with this being a new experience to me. I was able to sit through an hour and a half drive with zero pain after treatment.

Lilac and Lavender provided a very clean, very safe environment for my treatment. The staff there are friendly and accommodating and make sure that you feel comfortable throughout the whole process of your treatment. I found the whole experience to be relaxing and calm, exactly what I’m looking for when getting a massage. I saw Nicole and she helped me with persistent shoulder and back injury, helping my body reset after extensive over use. If I could see her every day I would, I always leave feeling much better.

I also love getting email and text reminders that my appointment is upcoming as I can be forgetful and it keeps me on track. I highly recommended lilac and lavender to all my friends and family
