This is my first time booking an appointment with Leonardo's. I booked the full haircut and beard package.

Margie absolutely transformed my look. She was very helpful and kind in helping me decide what look I was going for.

She did a fantastic job, and it all turned out great. The hot towel shave was very nice.

The shop is very comfortable and well lit.

I'm absolutely coming back here. Highly recommended!

We had booked with the lady as the last time she cut my son’s hair really well. She took someone else over my boy even though we were waiting.. then he did receive the hair cut he wanted. Why book for someone specific if you get looked over.

They do a great job at haircuts; but the online booking is horrendous. Every time I book; we end up waiting minimum 45mins. I’ve been 4 times with my son now, each time wanting to give them another chance, but we always end up waiting longer than the last visit. Unfortunately we will not be returning and will be looking else where for haircuts….

Update: the owner felt the need to attack my review. Not once did I mention bad quality of haircut. They are great at what they do….but as a business, if they are going to turn away walk ins and ask you only book online; there needs to be something fixed on their end as like I said above, not once have we actually gotten in at our booked time slot. His response was “you don’t even come here”….I have brought my son there since they first opened; and recently because he wanted to get on the “mullet” trend. I had him twice within two months. So if the owners response is to put a customer down rather than wanting to help fix this simple solution; I will go else where…

I have been bringing my son to Leonardo’s now since they have opened. The whole team is so great especially with kids, they were super patient when my son first started going and wasn’t the best at sitting still. Highly recommend!
