I went to get my elbows waxed and was completely devastated with the final job. After speaking to the person who did them, there was nothing they could do to fix them. One eye brow is higher then the other, one is thinner then the other and for some reason they weren’t even where my eyebrows should be there lower and the tops of my eyebrows were ripped right off. To say I look ridiculous is an understatement. I’m so disheartened as I have been here before and had no issues previously. I get we all make mistakes and after speaking to the person that did this who was apologetic I still felt I needed to share my experience, for no malice intent, simply because I don’t want this to happen to others.

What upsets me the most is I now have to wait months and months to hope my eyebrows grow back, unfortunately I have had chunks of eyebrow on the top of both ripped off that should not have been removed and because there all misshaped now I am pretty embarrassed on how they look. I went to get these done for a special event I am now dreading attending. I was further more upset there isn’t a way to fix this and I now have to just deal with it. Again I mean no malice just feel others should be aware of what might happen from someone who is a very seasoned professional before they go here to get there eyebrows waxed here or anywhere for any service in that fact.
