One of my favourite spots to escape and relax! I’ve been to general public visits as well as guided classes and both experiences were amazing for different reasons. The open public hours are great if you have a few hours to turn off the phone and enjoy at your own pace. The guided classes are great if you are newer to contrast therapy or want to focus on improving your cold plunge capabilities! They also do private bookings if you are looking for a fun out of the box health and wellness experience for your staff or team!

An extremely cozy place to relax! This place has comprehensive sauna facillities and a clean environment. The owner couple is very friendly, the atmosphere is great, the mini-bar allows you to make various tea, definitely would visit again!

Remarkably clean, well maintained and friendly owners! Had an excellent time with my brothers there and will be making it a routine to go more often. Highly recommend that you check them out, best Sauna in KW hands down.

Awesome place to relax and unwind .. get ready for your legs to feel like
Jello after .. only things is yes .. it’s a little pricey at $50 a top, however there is 4 different saunas and my favourite the cold barrel plunge .. also large assortment of teas all on the house

A great spot to hang with friends or relax solo! Plan on at least 4 hours to get a few hot/ cold/relax cycles completed. After a sauna/cold session I always sleep deeply and feel generally good for days after

I would have rated this a 4 stars but due to a staff member yelling at me for turning the infrared sauna back on after it shut off is just ridiculous. I pay to be here to relax and I pay to use the saunas. I don’t need old guys raising their voice at me. Waste of money if they arnt turned on. Either get the timer fixed so it stays on or move the control panel so ppl can’t access it. There is no need to be that rude to your customers. Also the stream room desperately needs a clean, there is slim built up on the walls.

Was a great experience, however the cold plunge tub was inaccessible for my mom to get into so she was upset she could not part take in that part in the cold water therapy. An alternative tub or better railing system on both sides of the tub would make even myself feel safe getting in and out as it's also slippery.

I had never been to a sauna before and absolutely loved it. I happened to go at a time where they weren't busy and really liked having only a couple people around. I enjoyed the various sauna and cold options as well as the tea/water station. I would definitely return for some more relaxtion time.
