Have been to Innisfil Wellness before and had great experiences with Dr Joe. Thought I would give the massage therapy a shot, booked an appointment with Elena Cartier and would not recommend her at all. Worst massage experience I have ever had.

I’ve had very lovely experiences dealing with the staff here. Reception has been very helpful with my questions and getting me set up, and I attended two of Dr. Haleigh’s mobility classes and they were great!! I’m pretty far along in my pregnancy and she was wonderful helping me through the class with adjustments and encouragements. Due to scheduling conflicts I can’t always make the classes every Monday, but I do wish I found them earlier! Highly recommend.

Dr. Haleigh Michalak and staff are absolutely wonderful! I am always greeted with a warm smile by the front desk staff when arriving to appointments. Then treated professionally and with kindness by Dr. Haleigh for my chiropractic appointments. She helped me with a dislocated rib and provided immediate relief to my discomfort. Dr. Haleigh presents with great knowledge and skill. I highly recommend her services and will continue to return with all future concerns. Thank you Dr. Haleigh!

If you’ve suffered an injury and are in pain and desperately seeking a physiotherapist, who is knowledgeable, top in her field, caring and with the expertise and skills to bring about healing, then look no further than Sandy Van Dyke! She is also very approachable and warm-hearted. Not only that, the team of professionals at Innisfil Wellness are very welcoming, starting at Reception. All the receptionists are very warm, in particular Ruth with whom I had many interactions. My husband was also seen by Lisa, who fitted him with compression stockings and she was also so professional, helpful and kind enough to order and fit the required stockings. I would recommend Sandy and Lisa and Innisfil Wellness in a heartbeat. Pick up that phone and call now!

Mi experiencia en Alcalá Wellness Training Center es fantástica. Para mí tienen la máxima puntuación en todo, desde la comunicación, que ha sido excepcional desde el principio, hasta la amabilidad de los entrenadores, pasando por su alta profesionalidad. Me encanta entrenar con Alicia, no solo por la calidad de los entrenamientos, sino también porque los hace divertidos, es encantadora y se adapta siempre a mis necesidades y me motiva a seguir mejorando. También mencionar que tienen todo el equipamiento necesario para hacer las sesiones muy completas y un ambiente muy dinámico y agradable. Totalmente recomendable sea cual sea la edad y las necesidades de la persona.

Sandi is the best physiotherapist in this area. She is always extremely professional and has numerous skills and techniques to assist with healing your body from muscular strains and pain. Sandi's knowledge and understanding of body mechanics are very extensive. I would highly recommend this location and Sandi in particular for any physiotherapy needs.

Dr. Cassandra is amazing. I have struggled with bad TMJ pain, seen at least 4 professionals but pain remained and even became worse. After seeing Dr. Cassandra for maybe 3 months, for the first time in at least almost 2 years I can eat with little to no pain, sleep again and not feel pain everytime I yawn,sneeze,open my mouth to eat.
