It was my first time getting a full body massage and to be honest, I didn't feel the effects of the entire process due to the stories we shared during the entire session. However, just as soon as I stepped outside, I felt a huge difference. I felt more fresh, muscles relaxed and energetic. I will definitely go there again and highly recommend it to anyone. Big shout out to Caty for her magic hands 🙂

After some searching I’ve landed at High Tide Wellness. I’ve experienced massages from Caty Sweet and Kate Powell, and both were amazing. Caty offers aromatherapy and cupping to help with my athletic recovery, and Kate provides a relaxing, comprehensive, deep tissue massage like none other. I look forward to coming back in 2025. I had booked my daughter for the massage appointment but unfortunately she wasn’t feeling well. Kate Whynot was very accommodating when I suggested I take my daughters place (I know - a real sacrifice on my part!). I received a great massage and Kate was very lovely. And I booked a new appointment for my kid and will also book another for myself after the busy holidays! Thanks Kate!

Kate was great. She provided a comfortable setting and it was very relaxing. She found several knots and worked them out. If you’re thinking about a massage and just are hesitant, I recommend high tide and Kate.

Mia was extremely professional and gets right to the point and to work. I went to visit her for matrix repatterning treatment on my shoulder and I felt results immediately. I would highly recommend if you require surgery on soft tissue to visit her first.

Today was my first time having a massage, before we started, Kate said I would float out of there afterwards and she was right. My body was like a cloud. I felt the tense muscles release and when I had questions Kate was very informative. I can’t wait to book my next appointment. WELL DONE!

High Tide Wellness is a smaller facility but very comfortable. The staff are genuinely very friendly. Mullen is such a professional! She chats with you to see what your needs are and asks if everything is ok during treatment. She's excellent at working thoroughly on directly where you request/require. She's very knowledgeable in advising at home self-care maintenance. She's also a sincerely nice, easy to talk to therapist. My go-to massage place!
