I’ve had enough with this place. My very first experience at Helena’s was great, but after five more visits, I’m officially done. I just left with one of the worst pedicures of my life, and my feet are actually in pain. Instead of filing my nails, they filed my toes! My nails were cut so poorly—some of them are sideways—and my second toe on my left foot is totally messed up. I told the tech I had an ingrown toenail, and instead of helping, she cut my nail in a weird slant, making it worse.

On top of that, the paint job is absolutely horrible. I still have remnants of my previous black polish showing, which is unacceptable. How does that happen for $47?! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. If you’re considering going here, save your money and your feet. Never again!

This is the BEST nail salon in Fort Smith, hands down! I highly recommend going here to relax and get your nails and toes done. I truly enjoyed my experience yesterday and got exactly what i wanted & paid for, all while having a glass of wine that was fantastic! From what i could tell every employee here is amazing at what they do, i had the pleasure of having Michelle as my nail tech. She did exactly what i asked for and i was very impressed with my nail designs.. They look identical to the pictures i provided. Also the prices are decent. Thank you all so much! I will be coming back.

Hannah always does my nails great! Had a pedicure also. It was the most relaxing one I ever had. They are gentle and don't squeeze my calves or push too hard. I have minor vericrose veins so my legs are sensitive to touch.

I am so so happy that I decided to give this place a try. My nails look beautiful, the staff are fantastic, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend going to Helena’s, they definitely deserve the 5 star reviews!

Always the very best care and technique! They learn new techniques as they become available, including which type of treatment is best for individuals based their nails.

They continue to be the best of the best.

This has been a top-notch salon since they opened. I'm partial to Hannah and Helena, but everyone there works hard to take care of clients.

Wonderful place to get your nails done. I got a full set done. Because, the place I had been going was not doing good. This place is wonderful. They took the time to correct everything and now things are wonderful. Ashley was wonderful! I will be back!

Very nice, professional, relaxing and friendly. Theresa did a great job doing a fill in and while taking the time to do a great job, I was still out in an hour. I'll be back
