DO NOT RECOMMEND. Paid $51 for a shellac manicure (no tip). NO SOAK, NO CUTICLE REMOVAL, NO CREAM OR MASSAGE. Started by being with the gentleman who ground off the previous gel, and then told me to sit (with my hands covered in shaved polish) and wait for another person to do the polish. I had to remind the next person that my nails had not been shaped not the cuticle or any prep. The prep work done was very sloppy and my natural long nails are botched at this point, the polish also terrible application. I don’t know how long the bowl of water that they asked me to put my hands in was sitting on the table for. Not impressed. By the end, a third person was working on my nails and over charged me because she had no idea what I had actually asked gotten. I paid acrylic prices for not acrylic

I went for a pedicure. I called ahead to be sure they removed the dry skin from your feet and give a full pedicure. I was assured they did. However, when I got home my feet were the same as when I walked in - just with some added moisturizer. While they buffed my feet they certainly did not treat my heels. The colour was nice and they were sweet enough but the girl ruined the shape of my nail. This pedicure is certainly not worth more than 60$. I went home and gave myself the pedicure I was hoping for.

I have been going here for 18 months and always had a great experience however today I didn't, my manicure was poor, as they did them while I was getting my pedi, the new girl got color wrong cut my toenails too short and made my big toe bleed, I would have complained but it was my birthday and didn't want it to ruin my day. NOT good service Jade.
