Such an amazing experience! Erica dyed and cut my hair and was such a sweet person to talk with during my appointment. She educated me on products that would help me achieve my hair goals and made sure she got rid of all my dead and split hair. Even when choosing my dye she went over multiple options and helped me to choose what's best for my hair.
I'll be forever coming back to her and this salon ?

Went to get my haircut and beard trimmed. Place is beautifully designed. Both stylists were very friendly and attentive to what I was asking for. Emma was my stylist and she gave me exactly what I was asking for. I highly recommend this salon. I will not be going anywhere else for my haircut. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

They are consistently late by at least 20-30 minutes for appointments, and the owner had a dog which barked througout the whole service, even causing my hairdresser to flinch while cutting my hair. It would distrupt clients between its behaviour and the owner continuously having to interrupt her service to get it to stop. End result was what you would expect from a haircut but overall unpleasant experience.

Extremely happy with the hair makeover Emma did on me. She listened to my wishes and gave me a cut and colour that exceeded my expectations. I left her salon with a boost of confidence and feeling great about my new look.

Pros:
- Emma is extremely meticulous
- neat and tidy salon
- hospitable (offered me tea and gave me a scalp massage )
- not pushy with her products
- took her time and didn’t rush her work
- price was fair and reasonable

- none. I left as a happy customer

Let me tell you I called Emma and the girls at 5:30pm (they close at 6) absolutely shocked with the chemical burn I just fancied myself ? they told me to come in to check the damage and completely transformed me hair I got the cutest pixie cut with amazing colour ? I highly recommended this hair salon! these girls really made my day better! bless their hearts ❤️

I highly recommend Hair Kraft. I was extremely pleased with the apprentice, Erica. Very professional and did an amazing job start to finish. I have had several hair cuts and was very happy each time. I also had a beautiful color put in and it was done so well. Hair Kraft is a great place for everything I need for my hair care needs.

A stylish and welcoming place. Erica, the apprentice, did a great job doing highlights on my hair that I went back a second time, and will go back again when it grows out more. She did a great cut each time too!
