Was so pleased with my choice to visit today! My toes look beautiful and I was very pleased with my Haircut too! Diane is an expert with the pedicure and she makes you feel at ease with her her easy conversation. Jennifer gave me a great cut and also made me feel at ease with her chat. I recently moved to the area and needed a new hairstylist. After box dying my hair red/burgundy at home a few months ago I was ready to get my hair fixed up and wanted to get to a natural looking copper colour. As I didn’t know much about it at the time I booked in as a full colour - later realizing I should have booked as a colour correction because the process was a lot longer and more complex than I had booked for. My stylist was Dyamon and she was phenomenal! She did a very thorough consult with me to make sure that we were on the same page about what I wanted done, my hair history, that I understood that it was going to be a process that would take multiple appointments (which I expected going in) and that it would be more expensive than I was originally told for a full colour. I was completely understanding and greatly appreciated how she made sure that I was happy with what she planned to do before she did anything! It ended up taking almost 6 hours and the end result was better than I could have expected, as well as ended up costing less than I expected by the end! She answered all of my questions, asked clarifying questions throughout to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and consulted with another stylist about the products she would be using on my hair to get a second opinion before doing anything because my hair was a hot mess when I showed up for my appointment! I absolutely love how my hair turned out in the end and could not be happier with my stylist, I will definitely be seeing her again and cannot recommend her enough - every single aspect of my appointment was wonderful!
