Went here twice. She filed my nail so hard that i got a cut underneath my nail and it bled. On my second visit, they cut my skin again. Did no shaping whatsoever, the nail feels bumpy and one of my cuticle is flooded with gel polish. They do such a rush job. I tried giving them another chance, very disappointed.

I took my friend to get our nails done for her birthday. I love how hers turned out. She was able to find a polish that matches her ring beautifully. And her technician took great time and care with her nails. I, on the other hand, was not happy with the outcome of my nails. She did not clean up my nail beds at all, cuticles, or anything. I asked for coffin and she gave me square tips. And the filing was all bumpy. She filed soo much of the gel off, it was no longer pink. I usually get his look because it's simple, elegant, and goes with everything. I just get the pink gel with a glittery tip, because I like to sparkle. I come to find out they were mad at me for being late. I was literally 2 minutes late. My appointment was at 2, I walked in at 2:02. Which I didn't think would be a huge deal, since there have been times the person's appointment before me, can go over into mine. My tech rushed my nails so much that I was done like 10-15 mins before my friend.
My nails are the wrong shape, she had to use pink nail polish to make up for dremaling off most of my gel. And there are pits and bubbles in my finish.

I'm happy my friend was happy. But we will stick to my usual place.

Friendly Nails is the only place I go to get my nails done. I have been a client for years and Steph and Valerie are always pleasant and professional. My nails always look great and I would recommend Friendly Nails to everyone.

Suggested my friend and I go to Friendly Nails as a time to get out and relax. The lady who did her feet was amazing and was fast too. The lady who did mine was not up to par and I wish I had the other lady do my feet. My lady was not nice, kept getting annoyed with how stiff I am with my feet, and she kept gossiping in a different language the whole time. Her doing so made my appointment run longer because she would stop to gossip instead of working through the gossip. Like...was she gossiping about my feet LOL? I don't know, I don't think I will go here again unless I get the lady my friend had. I wish I knew names lol. She also left me with scratches on my feet and one looks infected and it's been over a week.
