Embrace It Fitness is such a welcoming gym! From the owner to instructors to the members everyone is so friendly and willing to help you. The gym is bright, clean and lots of different options to choose from for classes or the open gym. I have seen where Embrace it started with just personal training to moving into their amazing building and opening up for more people to enjoy and I hope to continue seeing it grow! Can’t say enough great things about Erin and Embrace It Fitness!!!

Great place, only ever friendly faces. I always feel welcomed when I arrive. They are a fairly new gym, so lacking some equipment for lifters, but I can still hit every muscle group every session. They definitely have a great community going, so don’t pass up on the opportunity to join in.

Embrace it fitness is an amazing gym! I joined the fitness challenge 4 weeks ago. It’s been a great experience! I am learning so much from Erin about Marcos and training! I would definitely recommend this challenge to anyone that’s kind of stuck and don’t know where to start! Thank you embrace it fitness!

Embrace It fitness has been exactly what I needed!! The environment and atmosphere that Erin and the rest of her team has made is absolutely incredible and so welcoming! I joined the challenge this year and Its been the exact push that I’ve needed. I’m learning so much in a TRUE judgement free zone. I highly recommend the Embrace It challenge to anyone wanting to start their journey but don’t know where to begin!

Embrace It Fitness has a very welcoming and friendly gym atmosphere! The staff there is great, the classes are fun! If you are looking for a fun, relaxed, no judgement gym this is you're place to go!

Amazing gym. It has all the essential equipment and it’s oh so clean! Wonderful vibe, great staff and super friendly owner.

I was blown away with the quality for such a small town.

Do pay attention when you get a membership as they keep your visa info and charge you again the following month. Unlike any other gym I’ve attended you have to cancel 30 days in advance and they do not inform you of this! You have to read the fine print. I came down for clinical practice and they refused to refund my money even though I contacted them immediately and I don’t even live in their province. Very poor customer service in this regard as I’m not even in the province to use the gym and was never informed it was a repeating charge. I had no idea they would keep my visa info as I paid for the single month I was down there. You’re also supposed to sign in when you go to the gym which I was also not informed of.

Overall decent gym but left a bad taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend a gym that would treat their patrons like this.

The only other negative was the gym even with a fob closed at 6PM on weekends which is too early for my taste.

I started at Embrace It when they first opened and am glad I did! It has been so much fun. The atmosphere is very positive and welcoming. There is something for everyone! Yoga, Pound, Kickboxing, fitness classes, open gym and so much more. Give it a try! ?
