Le site de plongée est magnifique, Donny repère et nous montre des poissons ou crustacés que l’on aurait jamais vu , le canyon est vraiment riche et en prime en fin de plongée les bulles ?enivrant... Le snorkeling est top mais la plongée apporte sincèrement un plus ?
A conseiller absolument !!! Pour moi un endroit incontournable de la Dominique ?

Found this place today based on some Google reviews- we didn’t know what to do at this cruise port. We took a taxi there where Donny,and a couple young guys working for him were super nice and took good care of us.

You pay $2 to enter the preserve. I went snorkeling with Gordon and saw all sorts of wildlife and the famous champagne bubbles. Scorpion fish, Lion fish, spotted eel, and more. Very reasonable price and no one was pushy about money. They take cash or PayPal.

Normally I scuba dive, but free diving was just as good at this location. It’s a fairly rustic location, but the attitude and the friendliness of the people running the show totally made up for that! What a great place to just relax. We felt very safe and welcomed. Bring your own snacks. And make sure to give “Fish pie” the cat a scratch.

The BEST experience I have had in the water. I am a solo traveler who has been to over 50 countries and Donny was a phenomenal instructor. I honestly wasn't going to ask for a snorkeling tour at Champagne beach but the waters were choppy and I wanted to make sure I saw the bubbles (bc you have to swim out a bit). Donny not only showed me the bubbles but took me to the reef. I saw an abundance of gorgeous fishes, sea snakes and sea turtles!! ! loved it so much I came back to him and asked if he could take me scuba diving at L'Abysm (the wall). He gave me an awesome deal and took me on TWO dives: one deeper into the reef and then the wall. Just AMAZING!!! I plan on getting certified and becoming a dive master. Donny is truly a great teacher, very professional and super informative about what you are seeing. Can't wait for the next dive. Thank you Donny!!!!!

Donny is amazing!!! Super hospitable and friendly. Rent your snorkel gear here!!! After you snorkel, go back to Donny and get a cold Guava or Passion Fruit juice and enjoy on the beach after. You will not regret it!!!!

We had such an enjoyable afternoon snorkelling with Alan. He was very welcoming and accommodating. We learnt more about the history of the island as well as visiting the champagne reef and bubble beach, it was such a great experience and would highly recommend this company!

We spent an afternoon at Donny’s Snorkel Centre and what an informative and entertaining afternoon it was. Donny’s really knowledgable about the fish (so many different species) and pointed these out to us throughout our guided snorkel tour. He’s full of information about the area and the island and pointed out where a few scenes in Pirates of the Caribbean were shot. A really lovely afternoon.

We had a great experience at Donny’s - Gary was our lead on the snorkel trip. He was very knowledgeable and great fun. We were amazed by the Champagne Reef and then Gary took us further out to the main reef, which was lovely. Safety was paramount to both Donny and Gary. Nice complimentary drink at the end as well as beautiful scenery to look at while we drank it. Thanks so much for a lovely morning.
