The young lady that works at the location in Sydney is pleasant however her technique needs improvement. Whenever I get a facial wax with her it is more painful than is necessary. When I get a wax at Wink day spa it is less painful and way more comfortable. (yes waxing can be painful but it can be done in a way that is not so unnecessarily painful). I have a high pain tolerance so I went here 2x because it was convenient but the wax temperature needs adjustment and her technique needs improvement. My face stings when I leave here and that's not always the case at other places

Courtney is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Never think to go to another place. It’s always a wonderful experience here. Place is very neat and clean and it has lots of parking space. I never have to wait for my appointment. Highly recommended
