I absolutely love it here. The owner is very nice and informative, I haven't meet his wife but my friend tells me she is just and nice. It is a beautiful wellness center and I look forward to going more often and to trying the other things they offer. I tried the fire and ice first (sauna and cold plunge) and I can't wait to try the float tanks next.

Discovering this sauna in Rapid City was a delightful surprise for my daughter and me. From the moment we stepped in, a sense of tranquility enveloped us. The impeccably clean facilities created a welcoming atmosphere, and the unique combination of a hot sauna and cold bath in one room offered an enticing experience.

The sauna, adorned with salt rocks, engaged my senses, inducing a profound state of relaxation. The subsequent cold ice bath provided a refreshing clarity that left me feeling rejuvenated. We enjoyed the entire experience so much that I regret not finding this gem sooner.

For anyone planning a visit, I highly recommend booking in advance. It's a remarkable place that promises not only cleanliness and relaxation but also a perfect blend of traditional and invigorating elements. We'll certainly be making reservations ahead of time for our next visit to Rapid City.

Welcome to a spa for your soul!!! Deep Wellness has 2 float tanks as well as other rooms to take you into your mental nirvana.

"Floating" has been around for years, but Deep Wellness has brought it to the Black Hills, and I am grateful for their gift. If you are a newbie, there is more information on floating on their website; my experiences with floating have significantly decreased my anxiety.

Both owners Luke and Monica have built this center with their own 2 hands and have been so amazing in helping me on my float journey. I finally tried the "Fire and Ice" room, and anytime I have inflammation or sore muscles, this is what I book.

I can not recommend this business enough. If you are looking for a "mental" massage, a deeper connection to your inner self, and relief from stress and anxiety, you have to check them out!

Beautiful clean space. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. I'm eight months pregnant and have been having some low back and pelvic pain. After the float it felt so much better! I also felt an overall peaceful feeling.
I highly recommend this place. If I lived in Rapid full time I would be a regular here.

Did a couples float, the pool was plenty bug for me and my husband together to float, nice, clean, and relaxing facilities. Loved being able to relax & meditate while on vacation. Definitely recommended ?
