I came in last evening to have my nails and feet done. It was anything but relaxing. I felt very rushed, one girl was working on my feet and the other one stood beside me the whole time while I was trying to choose a color. She then attempted to start working on my hands at the same time. You were not busy, I was the only customer, that's not necessary. My powder dip looks awful. I told the lady that I wanted a pink base, she proceeded to use white, after the second nail I said, no I asked for pink. She also used clear sparkle. I told her I don't want sparkle. She called the owner over and she told me that it wasn't sparkle and I wouldn't notice, and she would cover it with clear. It was sparkle. I am left with one hand sparkle and one not. These services cost me over $90. I have used your salon many many times and I won't be returning. I felt rushed and ignored.

Me and my friend went here. It stared off fine but then when down hill fast. Half way through getting them done it hurt so bad I had to tell them to stop. The man doing my nails was hesitant to take them off and asked to keep going even though I was in tears. I again politely asked him to take them off. My friend was still getting hers done. He stared to take them off but was being quite rough, which made it hurt more. At this point I was fully crying. My fiends nails were done and they had little hairs cured into them and the nail art was quite literally awful. She was asking the lady to make them shorter but the lady told her she couldn’t and gave her a little lecture. I do not wish the pain I went through on anyone. Please do not go.

Love this place so much. I come every time. The previous time I was there the man doing my nails spent a good 5 minutes making sure he found the perfect red and the end result is everything! Love this place so much highly recommend

This is now the third time that I have had shellac wrinkle and flake off. I consistently have to file my nails down to the shape I asked for. Very rough edges, I was basically rushed out by the owner with the quickest and sloppiest job I’ve ever seen. Although the last time this happened I didn’t have to pay to get it fixed, I will no longer be returning. The guy is phenomenal and I never seem to be able to book with him. I feel like the fool in this situation, because I reassured them that I would keep returning despite more affordable options in town now. If you’re getting burnt out from any type of service job, or any type of job, either take a break or switch careers!! Edit: I give them at least 20% as a tip each time because times are tough.

Such wonderful service at DNA Nails! I had a basic manicure and pedicure with no polish. The focus was a foot massage. It’s a clean salon! I can attest to that!

this always used to be my go to place in town but the last couple visits i’ve been extremely disappointed. prices have gone up and consistency in quality has gone down. there’s only one nail artist here who creates really good results (he did not do my set today)

Love ? D & A Nail Bar. Amazing people that work there, can’t say enough about the owners. Very welcoming will do anything that you want to your nails or if you want to experiment they’re willing to do anything that you want. Very friendly welcoming all around just amazing staff. Highly highly recommend everybody go to them, my nails wouldn’t be as long as they are if it wasn’t for their team
