The BEST hair salon I have been to in my life. Not only the hair was done beautifully, but also I got the best advice by Babette. She is also very friendly and made sure I didn't run out of tea. And the results are amazing: I came in with hard lined, warm-toned highlights, and Babette was able to transform my color into a baleage with a much more suitable ashy color for me. Thanks a lot!

Great hair salon, very welcoming and professional. They were so kind to squeeze me in for a haircut and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair. Babette was really kind and patiently listened to my requests and talked with me about her ideas. I'm very happy with the results and the overall experience.
They all spoke very good English, a big plus for a foreigner like me who really struggles with Dutch! Highly recommended.

I lost 310 euros and two years of hair length. Beware, they don't offer refunds, but only a "colour guarantee". Unfortunately, this is impossible to guarantee, because not everything can be fixed when bleach is involved (plus, they can't give you back the hair they cut without your consent). I had to go twice (I'm thankful for their attempt at rectifying the situation), but still I left with patchy hair both times and with something that looked nothing like what I asked for. Now what I wanted can't be achieved any time soon because of what they did to my hair and I had to go home and dye my hair myself to cover the mess they left me with. It's gonna be months to even try and achieve the colour I actually wanted, and years to get my hair length back. Too expensive for what it is and they don't listen to you (and when they decide to listen to you the second time it might be too late already). Nothing you can't achieve at home with a good YouTube tutorial and 30 euros to spare. I thought a lot before leaving this review because they did try their best to understand what went wrong, but the level of expertise and service offered for colour (and cut) is just not professional enough to justify the prices and the fact that they don't offer refunds even in cases like this. I have been bleaching my hair for more than a decade from and to all sorts of different colours and I've never seen anything like this happen before, and I certainly have never had to fix my own hair with shop-bought hair dye after going to the hairdresser for a colour makeover.

Ben naar deze kapper gekomen om de aanzet van mijn dreads te laten 'reanimeren'. Ervoor : een beetje een ontplofte coupe, los haar overal, dreads die van elkaar niet wilden scheiden.😅😁 Maar ik ben buitengegaan met een nette verdeling, en ook extra info voor nazorg. Heel vriendelijke kapsters, heel professioneel. Ondertussen kon ik ook enkele andere klanten observeren en die gingen ook allemaal heel tevreden naar buiten. Heel erg blij met het resultaat! Dank je wel!!!

Vandaag voor het eerst in 8 jaar mijn lang haar kort laten zetten. Ik had een slechte ervaring opgedaan in een ander salon dus had enorm veel schrik op terug te laten knippen maar Ik ben enorm tevreden van Manon haar werk ! Ze heeft precies gedaan wat ik vroeg. Goed overlegd met wat ik wel en niet mooi vond en vandaar begonnen. Heel blij met het eindresultaat! Ik kom zeker terug !!
