I'm so lucky to have found Edie. She's incredible and she can really do great work with my hair that is both fine and, as much as I hate to say it, thinning. The colour she's done for me has always looked awesome and its not an easy ask: Super dark brown, with a faint reddish hue only in the light. I'm undergoing several hair treatments to encourage density and she's really great at reassuring me and preventing damage.

I also love the format of the salon, with the individual partitions/stations for each stylist. It really keeps the noise down and makes for a much more relaxing experience.

Candice is AMAZING. It was my first time ever getting my hair colored and done and she was so wonderful throughout the whole process. I loved how my hair turned out and so thankful I went with Candice. The whole salon environment and the other hair stylists were so friendly and nice. The atmosphere is great and I’m so happy overall!!!

I've never had such an unprofessional hairstylist. I saw the hairstylist twice over the course of one year. On the day of our third appointment the following year, the stylist texted me to cancel. I asked about re-scheduling an appointment and she has since proceeded to ghost me. I'm disgusted that a professional would act this way. And the treatment to my hair was expensive - so you don't want to make money Just - wow. I was careful and did my research before selecting the hair stylist as I have had some pretty bad situations; and, almost every single hair stylist's bio says they absolutely love to do colour to hair and love the challenge of colouring hair. But somehow my hair is TOO challenging Or I'm just not worth helping because I'm willing to pay for my hair colour and I'm a paying customer Clearly there is no work ethic by the hair stylists at this salon.

Jen has been my hairstylist for over 15 years. I followed her when she moved to Control, and would follow her anywhere! She is truly a magician - she has seen me through every colour change, and style change. I continue to see Jen even though I left KW over 5 years ago. I cannot recommend her enough.

Control is wonderful salon - its beautifully designed and such a comfortable place to spend a few hours. 10/10 recommend!

Jen has been my hairstylist for many years and I continue to follow her because she is amazing in every word sense of the word and is an incredible hairstylist and that takes pride in her work! Anyone lucky enough to seen in an appointment with her will be nothing but happy.

I have felt nothing but comfortable every time I come in and everyone makes you feel welcome and at home. I also admire many of the other stylists work while I am there and if for some reason Jen couldn’t take me I would be in great hands since they all do amazing work!
