The owner of building that owns this parking lot is greedy! They charge for parking now and even charge people/parents who have autistic children that are only being dropped off and picked up in the near by company that is right exactly next to his/her parking lot! Us parents are not there for hours to actually pay for parking we’re only there for like 10 minutes or less. Now some of us parents park somewhere else and we hope to God these crazy drivers don’t run over our disabled /autistic children because it’s busy when we pick our children up. This owner has no respect for the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. This is a mental health clinic that us parents are dropping our child off at and picking them up at! I also got charged $87 ticket from this stupid company and they are definitely in for a lawsuit now because many parents who have disabled children at Behavioral Work and the employees of this clinic are getting to the point where they want to sue, likely talking about it.

I wish I could contact the owner of this parking lot. Its a shame, an $87 ticket for an hour of parking with the company they hired PRRS... while no A-frame was posted, no other cars on a Sunday afternoon. Tickets in Downtown Orlando are cheaper than this... as a local what a shame...

I also received an $87 ticket in the mail and do not know why? It was after hours and we were visiting a bar, no attendant nor any signed posted to pay for parking. I am hoping that I can appeal. Not sure what the rules are for parking here.

The attendant wouldn’t give his name, his boss’s name or the name of the company. I was forced to give all of my personal information in order to park. I felt like I was being mugged.

When entering the lot to park and the parking attendant was SLEEPING on the job. The app to pay was not working. After numerous attempts I was finally able to pay. When I attempted to add more time the app would not work again. There is no other option but the app. No kiosk, no cashier only the malfunctioning app. My time expired and the ticket was mailed for $87.00. I had no ability to pay for the additional time so they choose a rate of $87.00 for the 13 minutes. What a joke! Great way to kill the businesses downtown Kissimmee after Covid and businesses are finally recovering. I am a local and will never go back to downtown Kissimmee. Imagine going to a parade downtown COWTOWN and having to pay as a local to enjoy a local function.

I got a ticket for $87 dollars. There’s not way to pay for the parking even signs that said you need to pay for parking.
