Just know that their terrible mistake was not resolved by them.
On December 7th, I visited the salon to dye my hair into a cool blonde shade. Unfortunately, the result was a yellowish blonde—something I really didn’t want. However, it wasn’t entirely terrible overall. What I regret most is not checking the crown of my head more carefully before leaving. During the holidays, my friends pointed out an unpleasant surprise: uneven patches of color that I couldn’t physically see myself.

I was very upset, especially considering I spent around $200 on the dye job and over $100 on hair care products at this salon. After Christmas, I went back to the salon to report the issue, but I was told that the timeframe for correcting dissatisfaction with the service had expired. I understand that such rules exist for a reason and have their place. They offered me a discount to fix their mistake, but honestly, I’m afraid to pay more only to risk further damage to my hair. Blonde dyes are already harsh—they deplete, dry, and weaken the hair, making it difficult to restore its health. This situation, however, was undeniable on my part, as I came back with a visible patch on the crown of my head—something impossible for others to miss—not just with an issue of yellowish tones, which the salon might have argued against.

To the salon: I urge you to approach clients with more empathy instead of robotically sticking to policies. If this approach works for you, it’s unfortunate that you seem to care so little about your work and don’t strive to improve or grow your business.

I show the girl a picture ask for only to cut the ends ,very simple task .end up happy after the haircut because she did a hairstyle, but when I got home and I took a shower my hair it was two different sizes ,it was almost like a jellyfish haircut .
Took me 2 years to grow my hair to that point.....
And I was 1 month postpartum. I cried all night.
They gave me another haircut the next day, but I wanted my money back ,%100 deception....Ill never go there again .
Chatters be more careful with your workers pls.
Tell them to pay attention to what the client wants!!!!!!!!!!!>:(

My first time going to this location and I'm glad I did. Nikita was excited and gave me the advice and guidance to style my hair the way I wanted it. Nothing drastic but just the change I needed. Certainly will be returning.

I brought my daughter here for her first haircit - she was pretty nervous but Nikita was so patient and kind that it made it such an enjoyable experience for her! My daughter has super curly, difficult to manage hair and Nikita did a great job with the cut and gave me lots of helpful tips. I can't say enough good things about Nikita! We will be coming back for sure!

I went today for foils and a cut from Danielle.... I think this is the best haircut I have ever had. I have VERY thick hair and I can never find anyone talented enough to tame it... until today!! The color is perfect ? thankyou so much Danielle... im so tickled with the cut and color. I can't wait to see you again. ? 100% recommend ?

I’ve had my hair done here, and it always turns out wonderful, I tried the pedi service for the first time, and was not disappointed. Even with booking with a student, she was thorough and better than some of the people who have been doing it for years. Will be back!

I would %100 recommend Vikki if you're going in for a long hair trim - She was super helpful and really knowledgeable about all the products and even taught me a few things I could do to help the health of my hair while using heat. As Someone with Major Anxiety it took a lot for me to go in there and book the appointment, Vikki made me feel super comfortable and she was also really nice and friendly. I'm will be going back to get dye my hair white - which is a extremely hard process and I will post another review once I get that done ^^
