I had the most incredible experience at Cedar & Soak! The sauna and cold plunge facilities are top-notch, creating the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making it a peaceful retreat. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. Highly recommend Cedar & Soak to anyone looking to unwind and experience the benefits of contrast therapy—definitely a must-visit!

PRIVATE ROOM SAUNA & COLD PLUNGE
I was raised in Vernon and now live in a large city where there are many places like Cedar & Soak that I go to weekly due to health reasons therefore, I am very excited that Vernon now has a place where people can go to enjoy this great experience. The facility is welcoming, clean and well run. The staff are awesome and prices are great! Bonus, it is quiet. What a gem! I usually come to Vernon for weeks or months and I am very happy I can keep up my wellness routine while I am here. I highly recommend it even if you are not a cold plunge fan and just enjoy the sauna which also has red light therapy and bluetooth. I hope they are able to stay in business for many years to come ?

Went for the first time on Wednesday and booked again for the private room on Friday?. If you have ever wanted to try a cold plunge, here is the best place to try it. You won't be disappointed ? the sauna is a bonus ?

Just tried this place for the first time. I had never done a cold plunge before. It was amazing! Nice clean facility with very friendly staff. Got a tour, had the place to ourselves for an hour and could manage our own approach to sauna and plunge. It was wonderful. I will definitely be back!!

I took advantage of the August special and booked a private room session. While I still am not sure I’m a fan of cold plunges, the facility, staff and experience was incredible. Between the sauna and the cold plunge I left feeling relaxed and energized. I’ll keep trying to learn to love cold plunging 🙂 and will definitely be back.

Love this new spot, it’s a clean and inviting space. Found it very quiet and relaxing. Love that they have three different temperatures for the cold plunge, red light therapy in the sauna and you can even set up your own music. Great new space in town!
