Had an excellent Gel Manicure with Phuong during my recent visit to San Francisco. She was thorough and meticulous with my nails and I loved my massage at the end!!!!

Phuong was lovely. I asked for sunscreen for my gel Mani and she hooked me up. My nails look great. She also set me up with fantastic travel tips for my trip to Vietnam. Another staff member offered my friend and I complimentary beverages. I just came here while I was waiting for my car to get detailed. I didn't expect to want to come back but now it's on my list of favorite nail spots 🙂

Right next to the Castro Theater, this is a great place to get your nails done and people watch.

Tip: Call and make an appointment. Space is limited, as they only have four chairs and two manicure stations.

Horrible horrible service I went yesterday to do a manicure and a Pedicure $50 .. that service usually take 40 min.. well it was done in 15 min they rust everything..because they had more customer. Very upset to pay $50.. I actually told the lady that was doing my manicure to stop because she was rushing the job that my nails look all mess up.. here are some picture of the horrible job this lady did.. I give 0 start to this location..don't go to this place

Well, my first visit was wonderful, second one was pretty good too, but my third one was rude, rushed, and poorly executed.

Pictures are 1 week after pedicure. HORRIBLE.

DO NOT GO HERE! 3 nails were broken deep into the nail bed and I had to take the file and fix the shape myself. I told her to be more gentle on the other hand, and she proceeded to break a 3rd nail. My nails were strong. The woman did not know how to remove gels. I asked her to stop completely. The salon did not charge me for the “manicure” but still charged for pedicure.

I love this place! I've been seeing Susan for years now and all I can say is AWESOME!
The salon is always clean and Heather is sweet and professional. I am always very pleased by the work done here. If your lucky you can have the Susan experience too. Call make an appointment, you wont be disappointed.
