I had burrito bowl from other locations like Kitchener and Woodstock. This Ingersoll location sucks. I bought a bowl on Jan 12, 2025 the store employee filled only 75% of the bowl and gave it to me. About the sauce he said they only add two sauces if I want he could add more. I never had this from other locations. Doesn’t worth the price I paid for this quantity. Doesn’t recommend this location but other locations.

food tastes good but it depends on what you get. chicken and shrimp options are better than beef. also portions size are small for the price. service is a hit or miss. good size dine in area and lots of parking available. also music is too loud. some options are healthier than other fast food places.

The employee that seemed to be the only one in the store had Indian music playing so loud that I had to ask 4 times what he was saying.
He did make a big burrito for me, but then again, I ordered the large.
But he ripped the burrito and it’s a frickin mess to eat. I told him that I was driving to Toronto, but still, it’s a mess. But bless his heart for putting everything he could into my burrito.
Funny thing, they are so not busy!
No other customers in the store.
Maybe they could think about slightly quieter music and since they are a Mexican motif, just a bit of Mexican music. Oh well.

For a Mexican chain, the queso cheese tastes awful. I love chips and queso - have never not enjoyed it anywhere I went - but this stuff tastes like plasticky watery bbq sauce, worse than microwaved cheezwiz. The store also ran out of guacamole, so we had to get guacamole free burritos. If the burritos hadn’t pulled their weight the review would be one star, but with decent ingredients and a pretty spicy hot sauce the burrito was at least enjoyable despite lacking the guacamole.

I'm obsessed with this burrito store! I've been going here for weeks and I'm still dreaming about their mouth-watering burritos. The staff is super friendly, and the service is always quick. The burritos are made fresh right in front of you, and the ingredients are always top-notch. The prices are very reasonable too!

I've tried a few different options on the menu, but the quesadillas is my go-to. I've already recommended this place to all my friends and family. If you're a burrito lover like me, do yourself a favor and check this place out!

I've been back a few more times, and I'm still just as impressed. The consistency is amazing, and the staff recognizes me now. That's the sign of a great business!"

Stopped in for a quick bite before close today and was super happy with the service received and the burritos we got! Fair price for what you get and tastes delicious! We got a beef & bean burrito and a bean burrito, portions are good!

We recently ordered their taco bar catering for a weekend gathering, and it exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious and fresh, the ordering process was smooth, delivery was punctual, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
