I go here to get my nails done regularly, and I have done so for years now. I see Brandon or Chris and have seen other people before and they all do a great job.

Anytime I accidentally chip a nail, they fix it for free, but this does not happen often because they do such great work.

The salon is clean, and the people are friendly. I do bio gel on top on my nails and then gel polish on top, so I can have strong nails without hurting my nail bed the way acrylics can. I really appreciate how kind everyone at the salon is (I ask a lot of questions) and how they really care that the work is good for a fair price. The pedicures here are great, too.

do not recommend this salon. the photo does no justice of how bad my nails really are. they are insanely bulky, uneven and the edges are all cut up with holes and completely uneven. i booked an appt DAYS AGO for a fresh bio gel set. this is so disappointing and i really regret even paying a dime to this salon.

i multiple times had to ask the guy to file something or change something on my nails.
i’ve never been so upset, i rushed to a different salon ASAP after this appointment to get my nails fixed because i don’t think this salon even has the capabilities to fix this mess.

I had an amazing experience at the store. customer service was good and the atmosphere was chill and relaxing. Lynn is the best nail tech. I love how she did my bio gel nails. 10/10 would come back again.

Had the MOST wonderful experience! I called pretty last minute and they managed to fit me in knowing I had an hour time crunch. My nail tech Quan absolutely blew me away. Not only did he do my nails within my short time frame, but he absolutely did SUCH a great, quality job. And to top it off the price for the nails I got done is absolutely unbeatable! (Airbrushed acrylic French Manicure with Chrome) The service was top quality and this was the first time in years I left truly happy! So good to the point I’m leaving my very first google reviews in years because they deserve it! They just earned themselves a first time, and long time customer!

I went in today for a manicure (nothing fancy, no gels, no dip or shellac), just a nice feel-good manicure. A little treat for myself. I chose Bar Nails and Spa after reading the many positive reviews. It was such a cheerless experience. I'm so disappointed I wasted my money. They filed my nails without asking what shaoe i wanted and did it so poorly that my left and right hand look like they belong to 2 different people. And I wish u was joking. I had to come home and fix it.....sort of.
The polish was glopped in thick and uneven layers so that there was a visible line apparent on the second coat. And despite sitting their for 15+mins after application drying my nails, it started peeling because the coats were so thick. Maybe they were in a rush to finish.
Folks, I get that basic manicures are not sexy. They are not as financially lucrative as all the other more involved and expensive processes. If so, then don't include them in a service offering. Just take them out. I know I'm in a minority of people who want them... but if they are done so poorly, then don't do them at all. 🙁
I respect that everyone is trying to make a living. I am, too. Not going to lie: I really resent the fact that I wasted my hard earned money on such a joyless and unsatisfying experience. A waste of my time and money. And a waste of the technician's time.

I chose this place for doing mani/pedi because of the good prices and the variety of their services. It is a decent place. It has a big space. Their equipment is a bit old. The staff work efficient but not very good in communication. However, Donna was great at communication and doing my pedicure.
Combo mani/pedi with regular polish was around 57$.
If you're looking for cheap place with decent service, I would recommend this place.

go to nail salon for almost 7 years. I trust Tracy with my nails and she never disappoints! Quan is also a great nail artist! Highly recommend for gel manicures.

An employee did my nails with gel and acrylic tips and they were not done well at all. There was nail polish all over my skin so I asked the manager if they could fix them and he fixed the nails, however they were still not done well. There was a hair stuck in the gel polish, and the nails were uneven, crooked and shaped differently. They would not refund me and an employee raised her voice at me to tell me my cuticles were too large for them to trim for free, (though they did do my friends’ cuticles). They told me this is not a free service, however the employee did not offer to trim my cuticles at all even for an additional price. I am not the type of person to complain, however when there are issues with hairs stuck in my polish and a poor, half-done manicure I felt the need to speak up. I was very unhappy with the quality of the service and the way the employees and manager treated me.
