I have been going to Bar Nails to see Tina to get my dip powder manicures and gel pedicures for the last 8 months. She always does a fantastic job and pays close attention to detail. Sometimes dips can be very thick but Tina’s always come out natural looking and I get so many compliments. We have done all kinds of colors and designs and today I wanted something classic. Pink and whites with chrome on top. It turned out so pretty!! I always wait to see Tina. She’s the best!

If i could give zero, I would. Terrible service. Don't get to go often and finally was able to treat myself. The nail tech was rushing the entire time, argued with me about getting a ghost on two nails, and had someone else come over to do it. Her rushing also caused a cut under my thumb that is becoming inflamed and infected. She could visibly see I was upset and offered to take only 5 dollars off. I told her I was unhappy as this was not what I asked for, and all she could do was reiterate she could only take $5 off. I paid $55 for nails that I could have done at home to look like this. And if they wouldn't fix the concern and problem while I was there in person, their reply to this comment certainly won't address the concerns either, nor make this right.

Bar Nails was amazing for my daughter's birthday party. They got all five girls in right away and we're so friendly and good with the girls. We will definitely be back!

Best place in Denver for nails! The highest quality of service I’ve ever been too. Went in with a group of girls for a bridal party and we were all blown away with the quality and service. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I got our nails/toes done over the weekend and were incredibly disappointed in the service. My technician was getting annoyed with me because I wanted my nails shorter and pointed out that two of them were uneven. I showed her a pic of what I was looking for (white nails and two of them silver glitter), nothing crazy. And she gave me like a light dusting sparkle that looked like my nail wasn’t fully polished. I don’t dare to say anything as she was making her annoyance with me apparent. She had to finish my nails while my pedicure started and was also annoyed again that I was struggling to stay in the correct position while getting two services at once done. I don’t understand why, as a customer, some nails salons have to pack two services into one. It makes getting a pedicure less enjoyable when you are having your nails done at the same time. When my nail tech left the salon I asked a worker who the manager was and she said she was the one doing your nails. I was surprised that someone who was so rude and with such poor customer service skills manages this nail salon. She is in the wrong industry. Another technician had to fix four of my nails. I will never go back again and am spreading the word amongst friends to avoid this salon.

Wonderful Christmas nails !

Sorry had to revise this - I was disappointed they chipped within 7 days and the gal seemed kinda frustrated to fix them.

I then had one break off before the two week mark and was charged 6 dollars to fix it. I really am not cheap but paid $80 for these nails and they should last two weeks. I was told the policy is you don’t have to pay for a broken nail within 7 days. For $80 your nails should last two weeks and that is the standard I have seen across the board. Unfortunately I won’t be returning due to this . My new nail didn’t match my length of the others either .

One of the worse manicure experiences I have had to date. I called a few hours before my friend and I were looking to get manicures together, both dip. When I called and asked if we could come at 4pm and sit together, they said it would be no problem at all. I left my name with them and showed up at 4 with my friend. When we got in there it was packed, and every employee was already working with a customer. We waited 20 minutes, and it wasn’t until it seemed like we were getting up to leave (we were) that they sat just my friend. In this time, a mother and daughter were sat together for manicures. It was still another 5-10 minutes until they started on my friend’s nails (after seating her), and 10-15 before they sat me on the opposite side as my friend to start my manicure. I’m pretty sure the amount of time we waited was longer than either of our manicurists spent on our nails combined. My friends look a little better than mine, but mine are uneven, lumpy, crusty, the top coat clearly doesn’t reach the end of the color, and they overall look worse than them non-painted. For $50 +tip I feel like I was robbed blind. I would much rather be turned away than be told they could fit us in, rush to do my nails in 20 minutes and end up with a train wreck that I can’t even remove at home (and will have to pay to get removed!!!). I literally wish I never got them done.

Edit: my friend, whose engagement we were celebrating by getting our nails done together, sent me the last attached photo. After less than 5 days, her nails are falling off.

I tried this place 3 times bc it had great reviews. It was awful and only got worse. Most recently, my nail chipped (dip) same day. When I went back, they filed down all my nails, made me bleed, and then superglued the chipped piece back on (1st picture index finger). I asked Tina if she could please fix it, like the entire nail, but she just rushed me out. One week later 6/10 nails are crumbling. The color was splotchy too and I don’t even know how that’s possible for dip powder. So now I have to rearrange my weekend for the 3rd time to have a different salon soak these off. Theres a reason this salon is so much cheaper than the others.i do see other women walking out with nice nails but i have never had a good experience which is so confusing. Just really disappointed and frustrated.
